The Darkside/Bacteria Combo Revisited.

The dark side has its preference in tasty food while bacteria like food which give them energy and mass. For bacteria, mass is important since they reproduce by splitting in two, after they gorge themselves and get to twice their original size. It's all in the process of successful colonisation! Together, they account for the body's love of starches and sugars, meat, dairy products and stimulants. These do not give the body what it needs. While it is true that meat supplies complete protein ie both essential and non-essential amino acids, meat is the ideal food for bacterial growth. Whey, hempseed, peas, chia seeds, nopales, etc provide aminos without the bacterial threat. The usual rebuttal of the 'protein-is-necessary' argument is 'how much protein does a cow eat?'.Unlike cows, humans do not have two stomachs! We can safely say that humans need their amino acids because of the health problems that under-supply brings. Still, the darkside/bacteria combo insist on their meat: the dark side loves predator food and blood while bacteria get choice grazing and a boosting of their populations. That cooking kills most bacteria in food is a big lie. Bacteria are known for their versatility in adapting to extremes. Human cells are outnumbered 10 to 1 by bacterial cells. Animals we eat cannot devise ways of killing bacteria like we can....so they are pumped full of antibiotics! Chances are that when we eat meat, we eat more bacterial than animal cells.  The dark side/bacteria combination love their glucose and fructose sources. Foods containing these sugars are hard to resist. The common argument is that the mitochondria needs glucose to output energy for the body. But fuel is for work and does not have what is required for the care, maintenance and repair of human cells. Dr Sebi (carrying on the legacy of a Mexican herbalist and Dr Edward Shook) created a product called Vegetation Cell Food. There is no similarity between that product and what most people have as food. Key to Dr Sebi's diet are things like Almonds, Sea Moss, alkaline fruits and veggies, and 'electric' herbs. His idea, like Dr Shook's, is to give the cells the organic compounds (eg Calcium Chloride) that they can use for processes like growth, respiration etc. The body experiences hungers for real cellular nutrition but the the dark side/bacteria combo recreates and redirects these urges to choices on their listing of favorite foods...and usually get them. Learn to calm the basic malnutrition-produced hunger you experience by using the appropriate classes of food, and by using supplements like seaweed, shilajit, iodine, organic sulphur and magnesium chloride. Then, the dark side/bacteria combo have no basic nutritional insufficiency to capitalise on.http://drsircus.com/medicine/magnesium/magnesium-deficiency-symptoms-diagnosis

The dark side/bacterial combo keeps going for the same kind of useless acidic foods not because they are good for the body, or because those are the foods of the race/culture/tradition, but because those foods are good for them! The seeking soul, looking to do better, comes up with dietary suggestions and protocols which could reverse disease and light up his life. Elementary planning....fruits and veggies, blender and juicer, herbs and sprouts, superfoods and supplements. Saying goodbye to useless starches, meats, dairy products, sugars etc shouldn't be too hard! Feeding the cells is the answer! For a few days or weeks, the new diet works out. It's a new experience. But then, the old ways start reasserting. The enthusiasm dims. The willpower seems to waver. The enemy has begun to fight back. The inner urges, moods and feelings reassert. What has happened is that the willpower was not built first. This is done by fasting. Fasting kills the fightback of the darkside/bacteria combo. NO FOOD is the most effective block on the constant manipulation of the dark side/bacterial combo and their desires. When consciousness becomes serene with no pangs and hankerings, then its time for feeding the cells. Christ summed it up this way.....
"For I tell you truly, that Satan and his plagues may only be cast out by -fasting and by prayer. Go by yourself and fast alone, and show your fasting to no man. The living God shall see it and great shall be your reward. And fast till Beelzebub and all his evils depart from you, and all the angels of our Earthly Mother come and serve you. For I tell you truly, except you fast, you shall never be freed from the power of Satan and from all diseases that come from Satan. Fast and pray fervently, seeking the power of the living God for your healing. While you fast, eschew the Sons of Men and seek our Earthly Mother's angels, for he that seeks shall find."  http://www.essene.com/GospelOfPeace/peace1.html
The 'Earthly Mother's Angels' are air, water, sunlight and Earth.

In this article, Dr Sircus laments the uselessness of popular food. He prescribes WILLPOWER as the path to successful change. Of course, knowledge too! Yet, if one does not cut down the inner enemy, how can one recoup one's willpower? http://drsircus.com/medicine/difficulty-of-lifestyle-changes-the-agony-and-the-ecstasy  Though the soul causes the body to have life, and it powers the central nervous system, it doesn't power the body. The body has to power itself, and it does so using what it obtains from food. If the body does not get the substances and compounds it needs for health they deteriorate, and languish. Aging becomes accelerated. The cells lose their energy and vitality. Cell-stress affects the consciousness because the head is made up of cells too. The brain operates way below capacity, as does the rest of the body. The consciousness of the soul begins to be inundated by internal interference. Whatever is benefitting from the food must be thriving, and playing themselves! Bacteria (also yeasts, fungi and viruses) and the dark side are two of the known residents of the body. What else can account for the interference experienced? DNA?  If the immune cells cannot get rid of the invaders, then human cells are sitting ducks for the ploys of the darkside/bacteria combo. It is for the Soul to become aware of what is happening and to research out the best ways of taking care of the body's cells.

Land is called the SIALIC ( Silicon, Aluminum) layer of the Earth's crust while the sea floor is the SIMATIC ( Silicon, Magnesium) layer. It follows that land vegetation is magnesium-deficient while the sea, and sea vegetables, are magnesium-rich. Chlorophyll has magnesium (with the calcium co-factor) but supplementation with magnesium chloride is safer (pesticides, insecticides). Chances are too, that the fertilisers used are the NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium) variety. Usually, calcium and magnesium are not given to crops. Few know how to fertilise with sea-water. If one uses magnesium chloride, transdermally and orally, the body regains its energy and vitality very quickly. It is only then that one notices a change in the body's well-being level. One will notice too, that the weakness, the weariness, the lethargy, the sense of same-old same-old, even the feelings of negativity and desperation, go away. Magnesium Chloride usage even dispels panic attacks and the 'winter blues'.The more aware person will notice a drop in mental chatter and a decrease in urges and thirsts that call for satiation. Foods that do not feed the cells, leave them starving. Until the cells are fed with what they need, the onslaught of desire for food and the feeling of incompleteness (or of missing something), will continue. The dark side will keep urging and thirsting for more of the same. The clue-less soul feels the plight of its cells and for it, every 'bacterial/dark side meal' is a search with hope, for an answer to that plight. The soul is willing to try this and that, going through the motions of hungers/urges and satiation. No good answer comes from this modus operandi, and the media's recommendations, friends and experts all get their input.....but no real solution is found. Not many are willing to research and experiment. Most conclude that this is how it's s'pozed to be!   The soul gets caught in seeking without ever finding a true answer/solution. Research and experimentation does pay off! I was lucky to discover the writings of Dr Mark Sircus on Magnesium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate. Experimentation verified what he said.  Seeking, trial and error, paid off!

Bacterial cells give the dark side, applications (apps) to work with. Their bodies are so small that they can go anywhere in the body.  They give the dark side a reach and a leverage that it doesn't have without them. Bacteria number over 100 trillions i.e. they outnumber human cells by 10:1. Yet, bacterial cells only weigh about 6 pounds in a 200-pound body. A bacterial population can double its size every 20 minutes! Bacteria are colonisers and when the population is sufficiently large, they begin to act for their benefit. They have the advantage over human cells in that they have consciousness while human cells don't. If one aggregates the total size of bacterial consciousness and darkside consciousness, the soul is vastly outnumbered and outgunned. Human cells have no consciousness and are protected by cellular mechanisms. So, it is what the Soul does for its body cells that counts. This depends on its knowledge of the threats posed by bacteria, and the knowledge of how to rescue its cells from the attacks of these 'colonisers'. If one believes the propaganda that the body is an ecosystem and the invading bacteria are there to help the cells, one will let the tyranny continue. Medical Scientists are using their consciousness in fixed ways by the styling of their experiments. Were they to achieve a clarity of consciousness that is characteristic of Soul, they could detect all the interferences that impinge on their own consciousness', and research the possible origins and causes of these. They could detect all the urges, thirsts, hungers, moods etc which assail consciousness and trace them to the source. Then we could understand how things and interferences, not willed by the soul, or decided by it, could manifest to the conscious awareness. Scientists are not known for their experimentation on self.

Every bacterial type wishes to have more of them in the body. Large numbers make colonisation, offense and defence more successfull. They can boost their own population in two ways: 1) By having as much food as they like of the kind that favors their quick growth and splitting, and 2) By repeating the behavior that allowed them entry or build-up in the first place. Habits represent a steering of behavior to achieve a bacterial or dark side intent. Smoking addiction takes place only partly because of nicotine addiction (nicotine mimics the action of certain brain chemicals...so thinkers are addicted to it). Cigarettes contain a variety of bacteria and fungi deliberately put in there. The dark side/ bacteria combo create the craving that precedes smoking. For the dark side, any opportunity to enjoy is welcome.  For the bacteria, the craving is their SOS. Electronic cigarettes contain nicotine alone. Were that all that was needed, everyone who tried electronic cigarettes would stay with it, and stop smoking tobacco. Experimenters are finding that electronic cigarettes are not satisfying the 'craving'. This leads us next to the question of 'who' is doing the craving! Perhaps, the  combo operates the same way when it comes to sex and other bacteria-collecting behaviors. In the sexual 'cooking' process, the darkside society uses sleep deprivation to create a brain-less zombie. The darkside/bacteriacombo become that much more powerful with lesser opposition. While the 'head' is 'killed', directed sexual energy cooks the loins of the mind control victims. For females, mamma's boys get to indulge physically in the process of hyper-sexualisation i.e in changing cunning 'bitches' into 'can't-say-no' boy-toys. For cooking most males, remote use of sexual energy and physically present temptresses get the job done. In difficult cases,  the obstinate males are 'cooked' using sleep deprivation along with the remote use of sexual energy. The darkside/bacterial combo in the loins is the receiver of the sexual energy: they get hornier! If you destroy the bacteria, you will find the darksiders powerless, and they cannot achieve their 'cooking'......with the apps gone, there is no effect. A recent study has confirmed behavioral changes in a pre-/post-vaccine human study. However, the flu vaccine had no live cultures. Vaccines do contain live bacteria/viruses. Like toxoplasma gondii, these do mind-control their hosts. It is deliberate NWO Eugenics policy to have schools and sundry employers declare vaccines to be mandatory. When you look at the increasing numbers of darksiders in the society, the increasing levels of sickness being experienced by kids and adults, the general disappearance of morality/etiquette/common sense, the rise in brutal behaviors and proliferation of infectious diseases with no antibiotic antidotes, it is clear that there is a real enemy out there. This enemy needs to be fought and defeated.

One questions any society which bases itself on sex. Sex, via the exchange of body fluids, is recognised as one of the prime causes of infections and diseases. What then, is the intent of the darkside society and their fixation with sex? Bacteria are all about food, and feeding in, and on, the body is what bacteria do. The darkside society  is all about preying. Preying and feeding comes together in the 'sex school' and allied games. Females are considered to be 'food'. The sex school is used to 'wash', 'season', 'heat' and 'cook' food (girls). The emphasis on sex seems to say: Spread the sperms and get the germs. Contrast this to the Christian stand against fornication. Christ, in the Essene Gospel of Peace (Book 1), teaches the cleaning of the body by using the elements of nature, and techniques like enemas. Hinduism propagates the idea of celibacy or brahmacharya, in the young learning stage of life. Later, marriage (grihasta ashrama) and then renunciation (sannyasi ashram), respectively, follow. Society struck out in one direction while religion indicated another.  Today, society has defeated religion. Not only that, the system of the masses is responsible for the decay of the family. The 'sex school' is a blueprint for conduct in the family. Society propagates that kind of conduct and indicts those who won't join in because of morals. Recent media reports indicate widespread sexual crimes and misdemeanours on the part of the priestcraft in religion. So, even religion was shooting itself in the foot! Was it Kinsey and Freud who incited the masses?

The systems of the Elites and Masses cater to the proliferation of these bacteria, and their hegemony over the soul. They all want the devil to be the god of this world so they give the darkside possessions all the bacterial troops they need, and whatever helps and feeds them. Dr Sebi says that if you go into a Grocery Store, the only useful thing you will find is coconut! One needs to see the bacteria, fungi and viruses they unleash on mankind in products, in vaccines, in chemtrails (Morgellons disease?), in testing unknown to the target populations, etc. One needs to see the ubiquitous food types that feeds these bacteria... the sugars, the starches, the meat (loved by bacteria for putrefaction and replenishment of its troops), the milk, the cream cheese and bagels, piped water, the cigarettes laden with bacteria and fungi, the sodas and sundry snacks. One needs to see all the kissing and wanton sex, the sex school, etc. One needs to see the women (in certain cultures) who know of the death-giving effect of traditional foods, and of the effect of bacterial contamination, using sex and their body-exudations as bio-chemical warfare agents....to keep the men under control. These warfare agents are sold online or in certain drug stores (and are described as 'love powder' or 'controlling powder' or other name)....to keep their men docile and controlled so they will not wander, or become obstacles. Women do have an agenda of their own, though 'pimping' distorts this fact! A more docile man will then be dealing with a more empowered opponent. Obstinacy or un-cooperativeness will result in more bacterial sabotage. They even know that the acidic foods kill slowly, and while urging their mates to eat a lot, they eat less....and outlive their mates to inherit all their property or wealth. They are the ones who ensure that the wealth stays with the dark side candidates for inheritance! In certain cultures, there is no love...only games! Cancer and most diseases are caused by bacteria. Bacterial allies that help the body via the gut must be ingested via probiotic supplementation. Bad bacteria, viruses and fungi must be destroyed.

Everyone has the bacteria in their bloodlines. These are transmitted to the fetus from the mothers from generation to generation. Be careful of disinfo that tells you that infants are born sterile or that the reproductive tract is sterile, or even the blood is sterile. Infants not only get bacteria from their parents, they get all the drugs and toxins from the mothers body. This much has been discovered from examination of the placenta in one California study. More bacteria is acquired in the course of a lifetime. Killing bacteria within the body is not a widespread practice because everyone has been programmed to think that bacteria comes from outside of the body, and showering and washing hands or sanitising one's environment...is the way to stop bacteria from getting in. But, the bacteria is thriving within for lack of attention to within. Then again, the real methods of eliminating bacteria are either not known or are unavailable. Women (in certain cultures) ensure that their bacteria get into you. They still have control over them and use them to manipulate you. This is how the masses operate! No morals whatsoever! Biological warfare proliferates. Certain cultures do not let children brush their teeth until they get to be a certain age. In any event, darksiders outside have control of other people because of everyone having darksides, and because everyone has more or less similar strains of bacteria within....over which they have control too. The darkside masses rule by any means necessary. Their modus operandi, perfected down the ages, relies heavily on the darkside/bacterial combo within you to control you. They lure you into behaviors which will enhance their powers over you. If you resist the lures and temptations, they use their management positions to deny you and beat you down. They use force of all kinds to beat you down, not excluding accidents and setups. If you do not consent to your spiritual devaluation, to your own suppression and oppression, life will become a 'passing parade' for you. It has become that for me. Defeat the mechanism by which they rule, and you become immune. This is freedom. Selling out yourself (soul) for some food, clothing, shelter or money is not worth it. Selling out for the pleasures of Earth is not worth it because it boomerangs back on you. The Elites and Masses work together... believe it or not!

The Darkside/Bacteria Combo Is Waging Inter-species Warfare On Souls.

The body is a bacteria/human hybrid. Writers are now calling the body 'an ecosystem'. This is all wrong. The body was made to be a stand-alone fleshy robot. It has all that is required to survive on this planet without other residents. Mankind has been blindsided by the Elites into grieving about original sin while humans with souls became victims of other species. Had human beings known, they would have invented the kind of warfare necessary to cleanse themselves of invading entities, and attack them into powerlessness. The Bible it is that put blinders on people by claiming that God gave man dominion over lesser creation. As it is, the more visible creatures in creation suffer from the threat of extinction while those invisible to the naked eyes threaten man with extinction. It seems that we see only threats like the flu and cancer but you would be considered loony if you stated that the invisible dark side and bacteria were colonising your body. Yet, that is exactly what is taking place. We have been deceived into thinking that all the bacteria/germs that we need to pay attention to lie outside of us. And, this is easily taken care of by washing hands, showering and by sanitising surfaces and utensils with bleach. Hello! The bacteria are already IN the body. They outnumber human cells by ten to one, though they represent less mass because of their small size. While the human body has only 22,000 genes, the bacterial invaders have 8 million genes. And with favorable living conditions, the bacterial population can double every 20 minutes. This is an alarming situation. Warfare is being levied against the Soul by a dark side which wants to steal the body, and which pretends that it is a more deserving 'owner'. Warfare is generated against the Soul by the bacteria, viruses and fungi all looking for food, and a host to conquer. Souls/human beings pay attention to all kinds of priorities but disbelieve the threat from the darkside/bacteria combo. We have been blindsided to miss one of the most important truths about life: that it is an inter-species war. We miss the fact that that the darkside/bacteria combo is making war on souls. We miss the fact that these predators and colonisers war on us from within, and from the bodies they have already defeated, and amassed to their cause. We have been programmed to give all our awareness to things on the outside, but none to the goings-ons within.

Who, of us, keeps diaries and logs of the goings-ons in our bodies, and in our heads? How else can you detect the enemy at work, and learn him to defeat him? Why has no-one taught us that we are Souls who can self-decide (barring certain automated bodily processes) all things consciously? Nothing should happen without the souls express complicity, and conscious decisions. We have been deceived into the acceptance of happenings and experiences within as all belonging to soul. All the moods, feelings, urges, habits, even powers....we assume that all these belong to the soul. Everytime we 'feel' likes and aversions within, we own the 'feeling' rather than question the source of the feeling. "I feel to eat this or that"....is taken to mean that the Soul desires this or that! We have been bred to be 'strawmen' by the Elites, the media, education and by society: we have been programmed to believe that  a human being is 'one being in a body.' We have been programmed that satan or the dark side does not exist. God does not exist either....because he does not rescue us, take away the pain, and give us miracles, or money! In the case of bacteria, we are told that most of them are friendly helpful guys whom we have to learn to live with. They do great things for us! Trojan horses abound in this realm! Yet we are told that the same bacteria can become enemies in a changed body environment. Then we are told that each bacteria can replicate the functions of another specie. If so, then bad bacteria can be good bacteria, and vice versa! There could be a time when all of them are on the bad side! The minute size of bacteria allows them to go anywhere they want. They have mechanisms for getting what they want...mechanisms that have not been studied by Science because this kind of research is new. Bacteria can live in the immune cells called 'phagocytes'. They can modulate the body's fightback mechanism (the immune system) for their benefit. If threatened, these bacteria can create hell within. Antibiotics kills selectively and  the survivors (not balanced by rival bacteria)  run amok. This is why obesity is such a problem, and is easily cured by supplementing with other bacteria. What about not-conscious attacks on bacteria? GMO products reputedly keep producing pesticides in the intestines. Would the bacteria not sense an attack and go into the fightback mode? Bacteria communicate among themselves, and with other species.

Behaviors can be credited to one of two forces, soul or darkside. One has to be aware of all those behaviors (diaries and logs give us this evidence), subtract those that were soul-decided, then one would know which are the darkside's. Only consciously made decisions belong to the soul. If the soul did not decide certain behaviors in the outside world or in the body, who or what did? Resilient souls know the secret of how the darkness within operates, and fight it. F.E.A.R., which stands for FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL, is how the darkside/bacteria combo within deceives the soul into acquiescence, in order to perpetrate its' behavior and agenda. The FEAR that we know is only one instance of FALSE EVIDENCE that the darkness presents to pre-empt any soul response. The darkside/bacteria combo creates sensations within the body (moods, feelings, hungers, thirsts, desires, urges, incompleteness, forgetfulness etc) and allows the soul to believe that these are produced by the soul itself. The soul says that, “ Since this is me feeling like this within, the behavior suggested is okay“. In this deceived state, the soul lets the darkside/bacteria combo continue onwards to produce the behavior or non-response it desires. Nobody has informed the soul that it must evolve its own method since the darkside/bacteria combo is doing all of this.  This is how the cunning, deceptive darkside usurps the government of the body from the soul. The darkside within uses other elements in this complete deception. The attention of the soul is assaulted by darkside-generated thoughts, suggestions, images, hallucinations, memories, promises of fulfillment, false notions ( happiness), likes and dislikes, attractions or revulsions etc etc. The darkside uses the bacteria to get its agenda accomplished. The darkside prepares the internal platform for action, then actually does the action.

If the soul is alone in the body, only its decisions, willed experiences and wishes should be experienced. This is not the case. A quiet, placid and serene consciousness will detect a lot of interferences in the form of not-willed thoughts, urges, feelings and moods. This has to be explained. If the soul is not doing it, who or what is? It is jingoism to create a 'lower self' for the soul, as if the soul is self-hating. The soul is a consistent substance. The dark side is also a consistent substance. Each will behave and do according to their own natures. The dark side will flip the script and pretend goodness, but that is just another predatory application of cunning. By way of explanation, one can infer the influence of hyper-dimensional beings or point to technology that can make people hear voices or manipulate and steer people. Mind-controlled people are steered to do things and they have external handlers or pimps. One can even blame the remote psychic workers located all over the place or the darkside masses manipulating everyone to enhance their domination, and fighting for bigger slices of the societal pie. The two known possessors and colonisers of the body are the dark side and bacteria/fungi/viruses.Only the dark side within and the bacteria/fungi/viruses combo are with you all the time. They affect you all the time. Very few will admit the possibility of being steered because nobody likes to feel that they are a puppet. Current research is only now discovering what bacteria are capable of. Those who use alternative health therapies always knew that most internal bacteria are up to no good and products were created to deal with the threat of colonising bacteria. Raymond Rife invented technology to see the bacteria alive and to kill them using frequencies. The powers that be did not let his original inventions benefit people. They allowed versions of dubious effectiveness to survive. Cancer, of course, is caused by bacteria and is the last lap of their victory over souls and their bodies.
Bacteria do not have full activity until their numbers are high. It is in their interest to keep their population high and growing. They steer you into things that either give them their choice foods for population growth or to take in more bacteria. we experience these as desires and hungers or urges within. They also steer you away from that which will be detrimental to them (with help from the dark side)...by inducing forgetfullness, by putting a damper on certain decisions you made (eg giving you bad vibes on a course that threatens them or no vibes at all), by taking away all enthusiasm from certain actions, by inducing postponements after highlighting the difficulty in doing something or the liklihood of failure etc. It is their survival they care about not the soul's. They favor all that will do them good and look with disfavor or denial on those things that will hamper them.

The dark side in the body is only a consciousness. It doesn't have a body and strives to make the soul's body it's own. Bacteria are both consciousness and body. The invisible substance of the dark side is more advanced than the 'spiritual' bodies of bacteria. These bacteria have a 'pack' mentality and when this pack is controlled and directed by the dark side, both get what they want, and the soul remains a suppressed life-giver to the body. The dark side overpowers the simple consciousness of bacteria and makes them do as it wants. The dark side can overpower and control any lesser consciousness and act through their bodies. This phenomena is easily observable in nice well-behaved pets who suddenly go beserk and do malicious things. The dark side and bacteria cooperate to successfully possess the human body. Both are possessors, predators and colonisers who put the expression of their natures, their agenda, their needs and their modus operandi, first and  foremost. They don't care that the soul is the owner of the body and has its own nature, needs and agenda. For them, its a stop-me-if-you-can policy. They don't care if the human body/soul benefits from their production of neuro-transmitters. Humans are telling us that the bacteria within are good for you mainly because humans need some of the substances they produce, or because these bacteria can help correct certain maladies. There are so many nutritional supplements, herbs and foods available nowadays, why should a person not use these instead of waiting for bacteria to get things done? And, all the help is given only if you let them stay or cede more body-territory to them! If bacterial colonies can double every 20 minutes, tolerating them is tantamount to giving them the whole body! This has happened! The masses, defeated by the darkside/bacteria combo, have become the enemy.

We experience certain phenomena within the body and in our consciousness. The Soul's stance is that he is boss in the body and that nothing, except body processes, should take place in there without his conscious decisions and active complicity. Things do take place outside of his will, beyond his will and often beyond his detection, or ability to intercept and cancel. All non-willed or not-decided behavior is interference or steering. The interference can be either generated from within or stimulated from the outside. It is possible to explain the production of the phenomena by reference to the known ie the dark side and bacteria within, and the darksiders on the outside. The bacteria have the numbers and the potential for manipulation, without dark side intervention. The darkside/bacteria combo have that singularity of purpose that makes them natural allies: successful colonisation of the host's body.  If one accepts this proposition and takes the next step of fighting back, the phenomena they create goes away. All the mental interference, the urges and unsolicited steering etc, goes away. Defeat the dark side by taking away its internal apps or tools, and the interference ceases. This tells us that our analysis was quite correct. Taking one's pH to 8.4 for a few days, then reducing it back to just above 7 destroys the bad bacteria and suppresses the dark side. One can also use bacteria destroyers like zeolite, hydrogen peroxide, ozonated water, silver products, iodine, probiotics, zapping and rife machines and experience the departure of all interference. Professional guidance is necessary when using these therapies. Only then will one know the truth that soul is being suppressed by those things that possess and inhabit its body: the dark side and bacteria working together. Other therapies have been mentioned in previous posts e.g fermented foods. Most of the body's bacterial population is anaerobic. They derive their energy from fermentation....a process enabled when cellular processes go awry. These are typically the bad bacteria, and oxygenation kills them. It is possible to use aerobic bacteria/good bacteria constructively within the body by supplementing with them (probiotics). One can supplement with organisms that dine on bad bacteria, fungi and viruses while thriving in an alkaline body. There are some products out there! The truth can only be known if one experiments. You know that something works when it induces the changes desired. The soul revels in its harmonious peaceful calm that ensues when the darkside/bacteria combo is defeated!

Scientists' consciousness devise tools for exploring reality, thinking that others using similar tools to replicate  results is what is important. The principal tool (of consciousness) is ignored. In spiritual things, consciousness is the workman and the tool. The conclusions of consciousness are valid, and in some cases can be replicated. But even consciousness can be manipulated, as we have seen from the post on Toxoplasma Gondii. There is such a thing as mind control that is being performed on the consciousness. That methodology includes suppression of the soul, the building of the dark side and its subsequent programming. Lies and confusion suppress the soul, while truth gives it life and freedom. In the case of the darkside/bacteria combo, the mind control is also being generated from within,....the last place one usually looks! This manipulation can take place as encouragement (getting an internal green light) to go down the wrong roads, or as discouragement or 'unwillingness' (the internally-generated red light) to look at certain topics. No one likes to think that they are being steered or manipulated. No one likes the feeling of being a puppet. If you are debating whether the darkside/bacteria combo can steer or manipulate you, the combo might respond 'NO WAY', and steer your attention into customary or other blind alleys. A major rule in the search for truth is that you might be missing something important if you don't look in places the 'mind' does not want to go. The 'mind' belongs to the dark side, and it could be that you are being steered away from the truth. Only experimentation will validate/invalidate any thesis. Research helps. Argumentation is limited because it is conducted from the known. How can an unknown question or answer be discovered if all we do is keep spinning versions of the 'known'?

The Manipulation of Toxoplasma Gondii from Cats.

Here I have cut and paste extracts from various sites. The sites are linked below the extracts. I have used bold text, underlines and italics to highlight the points I want to make. Otherwise, the content has not been touched. Certain complete statements have been juxtaposed for efficient usage of space. This conceals gaps in the narrative, as a visit to the link will reveal. These gaps could not be depicted here.

"While parasites are known to manipulate the behaviour of ants, as well as various other creatures, to the human race, the idea of ‘zombies’ has been delegated entirely to the realm of science fiction.
That is until now. As parasitologist Jaroslav Flegr reveals that beneath the aberrant behaviour of a driver, or the vicious attack of a placid politician, lies an insidious microbe that appears bent on world domination.
Taxoplasma gondii is the culprit, a microorganism with a favourite haunt – the inside of a rat. In fact, the only time it doesn’t like dwelling inside a rat, is during reproduction, when it prefers to live in a cat. How about that!
However, far from just hanging with the rats and the cats, T. gondii, is also known to inhabit roughly 40% of the human population, although ostensibly without the same behavioral effect.
Recently, Dr Flegr tested the blood of drivers known to cause accidents, and found it was two and a half times more likely that hoons were inhabited by T. gondii than otherwise. According to Dr Flegr, zombies are indeed on our roads, and microorganisms are making a ruckus on our highways.
Although it is currently not known to what extent the parasite can control human behaviour, T. gondii has been positively implicated in the development of schizophrenia."

Jaroslav Flegr is no kook. And yet, for years, he suspected his mind had been taken over by parasites that had invaded his brain. So the prolific biologist took his science-fiction hunch into the lab. What he’s now discovering will startle you. Could tiny organisms carried by house cats be creeping into our brains, causing everything from car wrecks to schizophrenia?

No one would accuse Jaroslav Flegr of being a conformist. A self-described “sloppy dresser,” the 53-year-old Czech scientist has the contemplative air of someone habitually lost in thought, and his still-youthful, square-jawed face is framed by frizzy red hair that encircles his head like a ring of fire.
Certainly Flegr’s thinking is jarringly unconventional. Starting in the early 1990s, he began to suspect that a single-celled parasite in the protozoan family was subtly manipulating his personality, causing him to behave in strange, often self-destructive ways. And if it was messing with his mind, he reasoned, it was probably doing the same to others.
The parasite, which is excreted by cats in their feces, is called Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii or Toxo for short) and is the microbe that causes toxoplasmosis—the reason pregnant women are told to avoid cats’ litter boxes. Since the 1920s, doctors have recognized that a woman who becomes infected during pregnancy can transmit the disease to the fetus, in some cases resulting in severe brain damage or death. T. gondii is also a major threat to people with weakened immunity: in the early days of the AIDS epidemic, before good antiretroviral drugs were developed, it was to blame for the dementia that afflicted many patients at the disease’s end stage. Healthy children and adults, however, usually experience nothing worse than brief flu-like symptoms before quickly fighting off the protozoan, which thereafter lies dormant inside brain cells—or at least that’s the standard medical wisdom.
But if Flegr is right, the “latent” parasite may be quietly tweaking the connections between our neurons, changing our response to frightening situations, our trust in others, how outgoing we are, and even our preference for certain scents. And that’s not all. He also believes that the organism contributes to car crashes, suicides, and mental disorders such as schizophrenia. When you add up all the different ways it can harm us, says Flegr, “Toxoplasma might even kill as many people as malaria, or at least a million people a year.”
An evolutionary biologist at Charles University in Prague, Flegr has pursued this theory for decades in relative obscurity. Because he struggles with English and is not much of a conversationalist even in his native tongue, he rarely travels to scientific conferences. That “may be one of the reasons my theory is not better known,” he says. And, he believes, his views may invite deep-seated opposition. “There is strong psychological resistance to the possibility that human behavior can be influenced by some stupid parasite,” he says. “Nobody likes to feel like a puppet. Reviewers [of my scientific papers] may have been offended.” Another more obvious reason for resistance, of course, is that Flegr’s notions sound an awful lot like fringe science, right up there with UFO sightings and claims of dolphins telepathically communicating with humans.
But after years of being ignored or discounted, Flegr is starting to gain respectability. Psychedelic as his claims may sound, many researchers, including such big names in neuroscience as Stanford’s Robert Sapolsky, think he could well be onto something. Flegr’s “studies are well conducted, and I can see no reason to doubt them,” Sapolsky tells me. Indeed, recent findings from Sapolsky’s lab and British groups suggest that the parasite is capable of extraordinary shenanigans. T. gondii, reports Sapolsky, can turn a rat’s strong innate aversion to cats into an attraction, luring it into the jaws of its No. 1 predator. Even more amazing is how it does this: the organism rewires circuits in parts of the brain that deal with such primal emotions as fear, anxiety, and sexual arousal. “Overall,” says Sapolsky, “this is wild, bizarre neurobiology.” Another academic heavyweight who takes Flegr seriously is the schizophrenia expert E. Fuller Torrey, director of the Stanley Medical Research Institute, in Maryland. “I admire Jaroslav for doing [this research],” he says. “It’s obviously not politically correct, in the sense that not many labs are doing it. He’s done it mostly on his own, with very little support. I think it bears looking at. I find it completely credible.”
What’s more, many experts think T. gondii may be far from the only microscopic puppeteer capable of pulling our strings. “My guess is that there are scads more examples of this going on in mammals, with parasites we’ve never even heard of,” says Sapolsky.
Familiar to most of us, of course, is the rabies virus. On the verge of killing a dog, bat, or other warm-blooded host, it stirs the animal into a rage while simultaneously migrating from the nervous system to the creature’s saliva, ensuring that when the host bites, the virus will live on in a new carrier. But aside from rabies, stories of parasites commandeering the behavior of large-brained mammals are rare. The far more common victims of parasitic mind control—at least the ones we know about—are fish, crustaceans, and legions of insects, according to Janice Moore, a behavioral biologist at Colorado State University. “Flies, ants, caterpillars, wasps, you name it—there are truckloads of them behaving weirdly as a result of parasites,” she says.
Consider Polysphincta gutfreundi, a parasitic wasp that grabs hold of an orb spider and attaches a tiny egg to its belly. A wormlike larva emerges from the egg, and then releases chemicals that prompt the spider to abandon weaving its familiar spiral web and instead spin its silk thread into a special pattern that will hold the cocoon in which the larva matures. The “possessed” spider even crochets a specific geometric design in the net, camouflaging the cocoon from the wasp’s predators.
Flegr himself traces his life’s work to another master of mind control. Almost 30 years ago, as he was reading a book by the British evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins, Flegr was captivated by a passage describing how a flatworm turns an ant into its slave by invading the ant’s nervous system. A drop in temperature normally causes ants to head underground, but the infected insect instead climbs to the top of a blade of grass and clamps down on it, becoming easy prey for a grazing sheep. “Its mandibles actually become locked in that position, so there’s nothing the ant can do except hang there in the air,” says Flegr. The sheep grazes on the grass and eats the ant; the worm gains entrance into the ungulate’s gut, which is exactly where it needs to be in order to complete—as the Lion King song goes—the circle of life. “It was the first I learned about this kind of manipulation, so it made a big impression on me,” Flegr says.
After he read the book, Flegr began to make a connection that, he readily admits, others might find crazy: his behavior, he noticed, shared similarities with that of the reckless ant. For example, he says, he thought nothing of crossing the street in the middle of dense traffic, “and if cars honked at me, I didn’t jump out of the way.” He also made no effort to hide his scorn for the Communists who ruled Czechoslovakia for most of his early adulthood. “It was very risky to openly speak your mind at that time,” he says. “I was lucky I wasn’t imprisoned.” And during a research stint in eastern Turkey, when the strife-torn region frequently erupted in gunfire, he recalls being “very calm.” In contrast, he says, “my colleagues were terrified. I wondered what was wrong with myself.”
His bewilderment continued until 1990, when he joined the biology faculty of Charles University. As it happened, the 650-year-old institution had long been a world leader in documenting the health effects of T. gondii, as well as developing methods for detecting the parasite. In fact, just as Flegr was arriving, his colleagues were searching for infected individuals on whom to test their improved diagnostic kits, which is how he came to be asked one day to roll up his sleeve and donate blood. He discovered that he had the parasite—and just possibly, he thought, the key to his baffling self-destructive streak.
He delved into T. gondii’s life cycle. After an infected cat defecates, Flegr learned, the parasite is typically picked up from the soil by scavenging or grazing animals—notably rodents, pigs, and cattle—all of which then harbor it in their brain and other body tissues. Humans, on the other hand, are exposed not only by coming into contact with litter boxes, but also, he found, by drinking water contaminated with cat feces, eating unwashed vegetables, or, especially in Europe, by consuming raw or undercooked meat. Hence the French, according to Flegr, with their love of steak prepared saignant—literally, “bleeding”—can have infection rates as high as 55 percent. (Americans will be happy to hear that the parasite resides in far fewer of them, though a still substantial portion: 10 to 20 percent.) Once inside an animal or human host, the parasite then needs to get back into the cat, the only place where it can sexually reproduce—and this is when, Flegr believed, behavioral manipulation might come into play.

The parasite T. gondii, seen here, may be changing connections between our neurones, altering how we act and feel. (Dennis Kunkel Microscropy, Inc./Visuals Unlimited/Corbis Images)
Researchers had already observed a few peculiarities about rodents with T. gondii that bolstered Flegr’s theory. The infected rodents were much more active in running wheels than uninfected rodents were, suggesting that they would be more-attractive targets for cats, which are drawn to fast-moving objects. They also were less wary of predators in exposed spaces. Little, however, was known about how the latent infection might influence humans, because we and other large mammals were widely presumed to be accidental hosts, or, as scientists are fond of putting it, a “dead end” for the parasite. But even if we were never part of the parasite’s life cycle, Flegr reasoned, mammals from mouse to man share the vast majority of their genes, so we might, in a case of mistaken identity, still be vulnerable to manipulations by the parasite.

"Still, he (Dr Flegr) concedes, the parasite could be very bad news for a small percentage of people—and not just those who might be at greater risk for car accidents. Many schizophrenia patients show shrinkage in parts of their cerebral cortex, and Flegr thinks the protozoan may be to blame for that. He hands me a recently published paper on the topic that he co-authored with colleagues at Charles University, including a psychiatrist named Jiri Horacek. Twelve of 44 schizophrenia patients who underwent MRI scans, the team found, had reduced gray matter in the brain—and the decrease occurred almost exclusively in those who tested positive for T. gondii.
But T. gondii is just one of an untold number of infectious agents that prey on us. And if the rest of the animal kingdom is anything to go by, says Colorado State University’s Janice Moore, plenty of them may be capable of tinkering with our minds. For example, she and Chris Reiber, a biomedical anthropologist at Binghamton University, in New York, strongly suspected that the flu virus might boost our desire to socialize. Why? Because it spreads through close physical contact, often before symptoms emerge—meaning that it must find a new host quickly. To explore this hunch, Moore and Reiber tracked 36 subjects who received a flu vaccine, reasoning that it contains many of the same chemical components as the live virus and would thus cause the subjects’ immune systems to react as if they’d encountered the real pathogen.
The difference in the subjects’ behavior before and after vaccination was pronounced: the flu shot had the effect of nearly doubling the number of people with whom the participants came in close contact during the brief window when the live virus was maximally contagious. “People who had very limited or simple social lives were suddenly deciding that they needed to go out to bars or parties, or invite a bunch of people over,” says Reiber. “This happened with lots of our subjects. It wasn’t just one or two outliers.”

I may have dodged T. gondii, but given our knack for fooling ourselves—plus all those parasites out there that may also be playing tricks on our minds—can anyone really know who’s running the show?

"Exactly how gut bacteria influence gene expression in the brain is unclear, but one possible line of communication is the autonomic branch of the peripheral nervous system, which controls functions such as digestion, breathing and heart rate. A better understanding of cross-talk within this so-called 'brain-gut axis' could lead to new approaches for dealing with the psychiatric symptoms that sometimes accompany gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, and may also show that gut bacteria affect function of the mature brain."

The Scientific Evidence Against Bacteria. 3

THE ENEMY WITHIN COMMUNICATES.

"Communications between individual bacteria are, with slight modifications,  familiar to us. For example, bacteria engage in sexual relations.
Their technique is uncomplicated, one bacterium simply pumps DNA right into the another bacteria through an exceedingly thin walled tube. This enables bacteria to share genetic memories and innovations very quickly.
Bacteria also reproduce by fission, simply splitting into two individuals. It seems, however, that unless they also exchange genetic material with others that the resulting colonies slowly grow old and die.
Bacteria also communicate in a less direct fashion, sending messages to each other that can alter the behavior of thousands of other bacteria at the same time.
To do this, they use small organic molecules called homoserine lactones, or "Autoinducers." Many, if not all bacteria, employ these and related molecules to communicate a variety of environmental parameters, including population density and levels of stress and contentment of the whole community of bacteria.
The communications determine the movements, chemical activities, and reproduction of individual bacteria. This, in turn, leads to changes in the behavior of the whole population.  This process has helped to explain complex behavior between bacteria and higher animals, such as thelight emitting bacteria of squid."
 http://www.this-magic-sea.com/COMBACT.HTM
                                            o0o
"It turns out that bacteria (both good and bad) have a very sophisticated way of communicating with each other, and once they receive the signal that their numbers are sufficient to carry out their genetic function, they launch into action as a synchronized unit.
This lets them both coordinate their defenses and/or mount attacks—a fact that has stunning implications for medicine. For example, new medicines that interfere with this line of communication between dangerous bacteria could provide a revolutionary new form of antibiotics."

"Researchers have discovered that bacteria communicate with each other using a chemical language called "quorum sensing." As it turns out, every type of bacteria make and secrete small molecules. When a bacterium is alone, these molecules simply float away. But when there's a large enough group of bacteria, these secreted molecules increase in proportion to the number of bacteria emitting them. When the molecules reach a certain amount, the bacteria can tell how many neighbors it has, and suddenly all the bacteria begin to act as a synchronized group, based on the group behavior programmed into its genes.
But that's not all. Not only do bacteria communicate in this way between their own species; they're all "multi-lingual," and can determine the presence and strength of other bacterial colonies!
Essentially, they can count how many of its own kind there are compared to the amount of another species. They then use that information to decide what tasks to carry out, depending on who's in a minority and who's in the majority of any given population of bacteria."

"So truly, your gut flora influences both physiology and psychology. As explained by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride (below), a medical doctor with a postgraduate degree in neurology, toxicity in your gut can flow throughout your body and into your brain, where it can cause symptoms of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, depression, schizophrenia and other mental disorders. She believes the epidemic of autism and other learning disorders originate in the gut, and manifest as a condition known as Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS)."

GETTING OUT OF THE BACTERIAL TRAP

"The world of obesity science is about to be turned on its head. Scientists in Shanghai, China announced in a paper published Dec. 13 that they had isolated a bacterium from a 385-pound man’s intestines, and used it to plump up mice that are specially bred to resist obesity.
They found that the bacteria, a toxin-producing microbe called ”enterobacter cloacae,” made up 35 percent of all the microorganisms in the human volunteer’s digestive tract. But a diet formulated specifically to kill off those bacteria succeeded in reducing his levels to below what could be detected in a laboratory.
He lost 113 pounds in 23 weeks.
His high blood pressure disappeared. So did his type-2 diabetes and his fatty liver disease.

“The endotoxin released by the bacterium,” he said, “can activate a gene that helps generate fat. And it also deactivates a gene that consumes fat.”

"The greater the variety of fermented and cultured foods you include in your diet, the better, as each food will inoculate your gut with a variety of different microorganisms. Examples of fermented and cultured foods include:
Yoghurt/Kefir made from raw milk Kombucha Fermented vegetables, such as olives, pickles, sauerkraut and more Raw milk cheeses made from grass-fed milk
Miso Natto Tempeh Kimchee

Another oft-forgotten boon of fermented foods is that they are some of the best chelators available. The beneficial bacteria in these foods are very potent detoxifiers, capable of drawing out a wide range of toxins and heavy metals from your body.

Bacteria Do Mind Control On Their Hosts.

BACTERIA ARE IN THE BODY TO LIVE. THIS MEANS FOOD. THIS RESULTS IN MIND CONTROL ON THE HOST'S BRAINS.

Here I have cut and paste extracts from various sites. The sites are linked below the extracts. I have used bold text, underlines and italics to highlight the points I want to make. "What has been observed in humans with regard to obesity is that there seems to be a difference in the number of kinds of bacteria in the gut," said Rob Knight of the University of Colorado, Boulder. "That number is much lower in obese people than in healthy people."
Researchers have also seen differences in bacteria between mice bred to be obese versus those of normal weight. In one experiment, researchers found that an obese mouse's gut microbes extracted more of the calories from a given parcel of food than did those of non-obese mice.
This caused the obese mice to gain more body fat than the non-obese mice did.
But even stranger, in a type of mouse with a different mutation that leads to obesity, transferring gut microbes from the obese mice into other mice led the non-obese mice to eat more.
"They're not any better at extracting energy from the food. They're just hungrier apparently," Knight said. "There are more microbial cells in your body than there are brain cells. They may be outvoting you when it comes time to order (at the restaurant)."
If gut microbes can tell mouse brains to eat more, could they have other effects on the brain? Researchers are finding that the answer is yes.

"The exciting angle to this new study by Cosava et al has shown that it is not just the type of gut bacteria present that leads to increased fat storage but that the obese bacteria gut profile leads to changes in intestinal nutrient sensors and gut peptides, such as ghrelincholecystokininglucagon-like peptide 1 and peptide YY, that are involved in regulating appetite. In fact increases in ghrelin have been shown to increase the appeal of high calorie foods so this may explain why some people choose chocolate cake over salad – it’s not just all in the mind! Cosava’s study is yet to be formalised in humans but it shows that gut bacteria are likely to influence not just physiological reasons why some people gain weight but also what drives some people to overeat and have uncontrolled appetites, thus making weight loss so difficult."

"Gut bacteria could 'control' our urge to eat too much - and even make us anxious until we give in and have a snack, says a University of Colorado bacteria expert.
Obese people have different bacteria in their guts than others. Those they have consume more energy - and may prompt their 'hosts' to do the same.
'They're not any better at extracting energy from the food. They're just hungrier apparently,' said Rob Knight of the University of Colorado.

"A new study has found evidence suggesting that you are not what you eat, so much as you are what's living in your gut.
this new study is the first to extensively evaluate the influence of gut bacteria on the biochemistry and development of the brain. The scientists raised mice lacking normal gut microflora, then compared their behavior, brain chemistry and brain development to mice having normal gut bacteria. The microbe-free animals were more active and, in specific behavioral tests, were less anxious than microbe-colonized mice.
In one test of anxiety, animals were given the choice of staying in the relative safety of a dark box, or of venturing into a lighted box. Bacteria-free animals spent significantly more time in the light box than their bacterially colonized littermates. Similarly, in another test of anxiety, animals were given the choice of venturing out on an elevated and unprotected bar to explore their environment, or remain in the relative safety of a similar bar protected by enclosing walls. Once again, the microbe-free animals proved themselves bolder than their colonized kin ...
Consistent with these behavioral findings, two genes implicated in anxiety -- nerve growth factor-inducible clone A (NGF1-A) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) -- were found to be down-regulated in multiple brain regions in the germ-free animals ...
When Pettersson's team performed a comprehensive gene expression analysis of five different brain regions, they found nearly 40 genes that were affected by the presence of gut bacteria. Not only were these primitive microbes able to influence signaling between nerve cells while sequestered far away in the gut, they had the astonishing ability to influence whether brain cells turn on or off specific genes.

The Scientific American story quoted above makes it sound like normal gut bacteria are, on the whole, kind of cramping the brain's style. Given the evidence that exists about healthy gut bacteria's importance to maintaining other aspects of physical health, I'm curious whether this study implies that we humans have accepted a bit of a trade off. We get gut bacteria that help us digest food and train our immune systems—but we loose some control over how our brains function, possibly to our detriment, but possibly not, depending on the circumstances.

" From “gut feelings” to “having some guts”, English is full of phrases where our bowels exert an influence upon our behaviour. But these are more than metaphors. There are open lines of communication between brains and bowels and, in mice at least, these channels allow an individual’s gut bacteria to steer their behaviour.
It may seem odd that bacteria in an animal’s gut can control what happens in its brain, on the other side of the body. But the two organs have a direct line between them – the long, branching vagus nerve, which transmits information from the gut and other visceral organs to the brain. When Bravo severed the vagus nerve in his mice, Lactobacillus lost all of its influence. It changed neither the rodents’ behaviour nor their GABA receptor levels.
Bravo’s study is the latest in an accumulating body of evidence showing that gut bacteria are little backseat drivers for their hosts. Earlier this year, I wrote about work from Rochellys Diaz Heijtz at the Karolinska Institute, who showed that germ-free mice without any gut bacteria behave differently to mice with a normal complement. They were more active, less anxious and more likely to take risks. And when Heijtz transplanted the gut bugs from normal mice into sterile babies, the recipients behaved in the usual cautious way when they grew up. A few months later, a Canadian team led by Karen-Anne Neufeld found similar results.
The fact that doses of gut bacteria can change adult behaviour has important implications. John Cryan, who led the study, says, “It is highly plausible that probiotic agents in the future could be used to treat mood and anxiety disorders.” After all, his study has shown that these bacteria play around with the same brain chemicals in the brain that antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs do.
This doesn’t mean that eating a lot of yoghurt will sort out a bout of depression. The idea of using gut bacteria to treat disorders isn’t far-fetched; after all, some doctors have already managed to treat people with gut infections by giving them “faecal transplants”. However, when it comes to the brain, the science is still in its early days.
Bravo still doesn’t know how the bacteria use the vagus nerve to influence the brain, only that they do. Nor does he know how long the effects on GABA and behaviour would last, or how the microbes affect other chemical signals within the brain. And critically, all of these experiments have been done in mice. No one knows if the same thing applies to humans.
We have no reason to expect that the same would not apply to humans,” says Cryan. “However, such clinical studies need to be carried out.”

The Scientific Evidence Against Bacteria. 2

There is one particular article which gives a comprehensive state of the art on bacteria. Here I have given extracts from it so readers can become familiar with the terrain. The link to the original is given below.
                                                                         o0o

"In a series of recent findings, researchers describe bacteria that communicate in sophisticated ways, take concerted action, influence human physiology, alter human thinking and work together to bioengineer the environment".

"But bacteria don’t have sex, they transfer genes among themselves horizontally — and they do a lot of transferring. The primary method most bacteria use is called “conjugation,” a process in which genetic material is transferred between two bacteria that are in contact....... In principle, every bacterium can exchange genes with every other bacterium on the planet. A side effect of this reality: The notion of separate bacterial species is somewhat shaky, although the term is still in use for lack of a better alternative".

"Group behavior has now been demonstrated so widely that many microbiologists view bacteria as multicellular organisms, much of whose activity — from gene swapping to swarming to biofilm construction — is mediated by a wide variety of chemical communications".

'Bacteria use chemicals to talk to each other and to nonbacterial cells as well. These exchanges work much as human language does, says Herbert Levine of the University of California, San Diego’s Center for Theoretical Biological Physics. With colleagues from Tel Aviv University, Levine proposed in the August 2004 Trends in Microbiology that bacteria “maintain linguistic communication,” enabling them to engage in intentional behavior both singly and in groups. In other words, they have “social intelligence.”'

"In 2007, the National Institutes of Health began an ambitious program called the Human Microbiome Project, which aims to take a census of all the microorganisms that normally live in and on the human body. Most of these live in the digestive tract, but researchers have also discovered unique populations adapted to the inside of the elbow and the back of the knee. Even the left and right hands have their own distinct biota, and the microbiomes of men and women differ. The import of this distribution of microorganisms is unclear, but its existence reinforces the notion that humans should start thinking of themselves as ecosystems, rather than discrete individuals".

"Researchers have found several reasons to believe that bacteria affect the mental health of humans. For one thing, bacteria produce some of the same types of neurotransmitters that regulate the function of the human brain. The human intestine contains a network of neurons, and the gut network routinely communicates with the brain. Gut bacteria affect that communication. “The bugs are talking to each other, and they’re talking to their host, and their host talks back,” Young says. The phrase “gut feeling” is probably, literally true".

"Even more intriguingly, there have long been hints that some bacteria, including Bifidobacteria commonly found in yogurt, can improve mood."

"Bacteria can distinguish “self” from “other,” and between their relatives and strangers; they can sense how big a space they’re in; they can move as a unit; they can produce a wide variety of signaling compounds, including at least one human neurotransmitter; they can also engage in numerous mutually beneficial relationships with their host’s cells. Even more impressive, some bacteria, such as Myxococcus xanthus, practice predation in packs, swarming as a group over prey microbes such as E. coli and dissolving their cell walls".

"And today the idea of thinking microbes is gaining ground. Marc van Duijn and colleagues at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands point out in the June 2006 issue of Adaptive Behavior that the presence of “the basic processes of cognition, such as perception, memory and action” in bacteria can now be “plausibly defended.” And bacteria that have antibiotic-resistance genes advertise the fact, attracting other bacteria shopping for those genes; the latter then emit pheromones to signal their willingness to close the deal. These phenomena, Herbert Levine’s group argues, reveal a capacity for language long considered unique to humans".

'So maybe bacteria are just computers, which so far, despite humans’ unending fantasies of conscious machines, aren’t yet really thinking. But University of Chicago microbial geneticist James Shapiro believes they come extremely close. He sees bacteria as consummate practitioners of information management, plus a bit more. They “have ways of acquiring information both from the outside and the inside,” he says, “and they can do appropriate things on the basis of that information. So they must have some way to compute the proper outcome.” It is these “sophisticated information processing capacities,” Shapiro wrote in the paper “Bacteria Are Small but not Stupid,” that represent “another step away from the anthropocentric view of the universe. … Our status as the only sentient beings on the planet is dissolving as we learn more about how smart even the smallest living cells can be.”'

"Is some nonhuman software organizing the teamwork of all those nonhuman semi-smart robots, aka bacteria? For this would be the truly radical argument: that bacteria — demonstrably integrated deeply and broadly into the entire planet, shaping its geochemistry, creating substrates and chemical processes that support the development of complex organic molecules, regulating the cycling of energy and nutrients both in “higher” organisms and their environments — constitute a kind of distributed awareness encompassing the whole planet. That not only are bacteria in a given local environment busy texting each other like mad, but the entire planet may consist of a giant Microbial World Wide Web."

"The grand story of human exceptionalism — the idea that humans are separate from and superior to everything else in the biosphere — has taken a terminal blow from the new knowledge about bacteria."

The Scientific Evidence Against Bacteria. 1

The large bold numbered titles are mine and do not belong to the extracts and links indicated. Always check with the original post if there is any doubt about whatever is presented here. Reading Resources were linked in the previous post.

(1) IT IS GENERALLY KNOWN THAT BACTERIAL CELLS OUTNUMBER HUMAN CELLS BY 10 TO 1.
The gut alone has about 100 trillion of them. If conditions are favorable, a population of bacteria can double every 20 minutes or so. The body has 22,000 human genes compared to 8 million bacterial genes.

(2) BACTERIA ARE FAIR WEATHER FRIENDS.
"The human gut is filled with large numbers of a wide variety of bacteria; clearly those that cause disease must rank high on the priority list of those to be studied, but the picture emerging from new research is that pathogens and beneficial bacteria are not necessarily mutually exclusive organisms. A microbe’s effects on the human body can depend on conditions."

"P. aeruginosa and C. difficile are common residents of human bodies and under normal circumstances are benign. So what turns them into enemies? Most of the time, says John Alverdy, an intestinal and critical-care surgeon at the University of Chicago, bacteria “have to have a reason to hurt you.” Surgery is just such a reason. A surgical patient’s normal metabolism is altered; usually nutrients are provided intravenously instead of through the digestive system, so in a patient being fed by an IV drip, the gut bacteria perceive their sustenance disappearing. A decline in available nutrients alarms them. And surgery triggers the release of stress compounds that bacteria also sense, Alverdy says. Chemotherapy and radiation have similar effects. When threatened, bacteria become defensive, often producing toxins that make the host even sicker. They also tend to speed up their acquisition of and purging of genes when under external selection pressure, of which antibiotics are an obvious and powerful example".  "Now, a new study suggests that gut bacteria can even mess with the mind, altering brain chemistry and changing mood and behavior.
In recent years, researchers have become increasingly interested in how gut bacteria might influence the brain and behavior, says John Cryan, a neuroscientist at University College Cork in Ireland. So far, most of the work has focused on how pathogenic bugs influence the brain by releasing toxins or stimulating the immune system, Cryan says. One recent study suggested that even benign bacteria can alter the brain and behavior, but until now there has been very little work in this area, Cryan says".

(3) MOST BACTERIA IN HUMANS ARE PATHOGENIC

"Anaerobic bacteria are prevalent among the bacterial populations of the human body, particularly on mucous membrane surfaces. The major sites with a rich anaerobic normal microflora are the mouth, the gastrointestinal tract and the female genital tract."

"Your gut bacteria are very vulnerable to your lifestyle. If you eat a lot of sugar and refined grains for instance, your gut bacteria are going to be compromised because sugar feeds bad bacteria and yeast. Your gut bacteria are also very sensitive to:
Processed foods Antibiotics Chlorinated/fluoridated drinking water
Antibacterial soap Agricultural chemicals Pollution

It's really no wonder that poor gut health is more the norm than the exception these days, especially in the Western world. The good news though, is that you CAN optimize your bacterial population rather easily, and any damage to your intestines can also be reversed.  Dr. Campbell-McBride's GAPS Nutritional Program is designed to heal and restore the integrity and function of your gut lining. I highly recommend it, particularly if you suffer from any form of autoimmunity- and inflammatory disease, such as:
Multiple sclerosis Type 1 diabetes Rheumatoid arthritis Osteoarthritis
Lupus Crohn's disease Ulcerative colitis Chronic skin conditions
Kidney problems Urinary conditions Allergic and atopic conditions Degenerative conditions
Chronic fatigue syndrome Fibromyalgia Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) Inflammatory bowel diseases

(4) BACTERIA ARE IN THE BODY EXCLUSIVELY FOR THEIR WELFARE. THEY ARE INVADERS,  POSSESSORS AND COLONISERS.
Bacterial pathogens operate by attacking crucial intracellular pathways in their hosts. These pathogens usually target more than one intracellular pathway and often interact at several points in each of these pathways to commandeer them fully.19 These well-documented strategies include, to cite just several among many examples:
  • modulation of programmed host-cell death, known as apoptosis, to facilitate survival in the host;20 21 22 delayed apoptosis is a common feature of chronic inflammatory diseases; for more, see discussion of granuloma
  • modulation of vesicular traffic, a strategy which provides a protective niche within host cells, including in macrophages and neutrophils, which normally kill bacteria23
  • modulation of membrane traffic as is the case with the Legionnaire's bacterium Legionella pneumophila 24
  • modulation of macrophage cytokine production25
  • secretion of proteins, which are similar in effect to substances known to be toxic to humans26
  • creation of virulence factors which suppress MAMPs (Microbial Associated Molecular Patterns)27
  • Ehrlichia/anaplasma (EA) are an obscure group of obligate parasitic intracellular pathogens that intracellularly excrete a substance called host transcriptional protein, which can alter transcription in cell division. Infection with EA may lead to changes in transcription in proliferating cells, and contribute to illnesses such as leukemia, systemic lupus erythematosus, myelodysplastic disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.28
  • creation of ligands such as Capnine which bind, block, and downregulate the Vitamin D Receptor;29 Alzheimer's may be a case where bacteria stimulate the body's production of the antimicrobial peptide amyloid-beta to dramatically suppress VDR activity30
Bacterial pathogens have used many clever strategies to exploit the interior of host cells to their benefit, by manipulating intracellular trafficking pathways or targeting specific intracellular niches. The challenge facing the cell-mediated immune system is to detect and eliminate these pathogens.
M.S. Glickman and E.G. Pamer 31
Conversely, harmful bacteria may deregulate genes mediating energy metabolism, and can produce toxins that mutate DNA, affecting the nervous and immune systems. The outcome is various forms of chronic disease, including obesity, diabetes and even cancers.32 33 34

"Pathogenic bacteria have a variety of ways of disrupting the activity of and causing damage to human genes.
  • Horizontal gene transferBacteria can insert their DNA into human DNA.
  • Interruption of transcription and translation of DNA and RNA Intracellular pathogens, which inhabit the cytoplasm, can interfere with the steps involved in the transcription and translation processes. Such interference results in genetic mutations, meaning that human DNA is almost certainly altered, over time. The more pathogens people accumulate, the more their genome is potentially altered.
  • Disruption of DNA repair mechanisms – Since environmental factors such as exposure to ultraviolet light result in as many as one million individual molecular lesions per cell per day, the potential of intracellular bacteria to interfere with DNA repair mechanisms also greatly interferes with the integrity of the genome and its normal functioning. If the rate of DNA damage exceeds the capacity of the cell to repair it, the accumulation of errors can overwhelm the cell and result in early senescence, apoptosis or cancer. Problems associated with faulty DNA repair functioning result in premature aging, increased sensitivity to carcinogens, and correspondingly increased cancer risk."

"The Marshall Pathogenesis describes how microbes persist intraphagocytically – that is, inside the phagocytes. For example, Enterobacter hormaechei can infect skin cells,15 but where it can really wreak havoc is in infecting the very cells charged with ingesting bacteria."

    (5) BACTERIA USE THEIR ABILITIES FOR COLONISING BODIES.

"The following are virulence factors that promote bacterial colonization of the host .
    1. The ability to use motility and other means to contact host cells and disseminate within a host.
    2. The ability to adhere to host cells and resist physical removal.
    3. The ability to invade host cells.
    4. The ability to compete for iron and other nutrients.
    5. The ability to resist innate immune defenses such as phagocytosis and complement.
    6. The ability to evade adaptive immune defenses."
"Some bacteria, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, are able to produce toxins and enzymes that kill host cells only when iron concentrations are low. In this way the bacteria can gain access to the iron that was in those cells.
Staphylococcus aureus, on the other hand, produces surface adhesins that bind to extracellular matrix proteins and polysaccharides surrounding host cell tissue, including fibronectin, collagen, laminin, hyaluronic acid, and elastin.  S. aureus proteases and hyaluronidase then dissolve these components of the extracellular matrix providing food for the bacteria and enabling the bacteria to spread."

"Researchers called this phenomenon quorum-sensing -- the bacteria communicate to determine the size of their community.
But how? It turns out that the bacteria emit autoinducers, or signaling molecules similar to pheromones. The concentration of autoinducers in any given area indicates the size of the population. But bacteria don't just communicate with their own kind -- in recent years, scientists have determined that bacteria have a receptor for species-specific autoinducers, as well as a receptor for the signals sent out by all other kinds of bacteria. Not only does this indicate that many species of bacteria beyond the bioluminescent ones have the capability to communicate, it means that all bacteria in close proximity are probably chatting it up. Much like we account for our loved ones at the end of the day, the bacteria are taking roll as well.
Why does this matter? Knowing how bacteria communicate could impact how we fight disease. Many bacteria begin to wreak havoc on the human body only once there are enough to overwhelm the immune system. Instead of waiting for bacteria to attack us, drug manufacturers are interested in developing a way to scramble the wires of bacterial communication before it starts. That way, bacteria will never know that they've achieved the kind of threshold necessary to establish an infection in the body."

Bacteria, however, can communicate to evade anti-biotics!
