You, the owner of the human body, are a soul. Your consciousness is not yet fully aware of who you are because it is suppressed by a darkside possession. This invader, allied with bacterial colonies, have erected a mechanism within for overpowering the soul. This darkside engine takes away the control and use of the body from the soul. Soul is deceived into believing that it is alone in the body. It assumes that everything experienced within is it's own doing. It, therefore, freely goes along with whatever stimuli and promptings that comes to its awareness from within. It reasons that if it is causing everything within, why shouldn't it flow along freely with all that is happening. This is where soul has gotten it wrong. A single name applied to a single body does not mean a single being is on board. Language has singular personal pronouns like I, ME, YOU, HE, HIM, SHE and HER which fortify the deception that there is one being in the body. Referring to a living body by phrases like A PERSON and A HUMAN BEING further cements such a belief. Having everybody from family, friends, sundry others and Government treat you as a single being in that body completes the deception. Soul comes to own every stimulus and prompting that arises within. It does not even imagine that the operating system it relies on is actually that of a hacker. It cannot believe that the darkside is the author of the stimuli, of the promptings, and of the resulting behaviors. It is unwilling to believe that it has it's own different operating system which is suppressed. Everybody else is doing it the same way. This darkside engine does come into scrutiny at certain times, like when the soul wanted to address things in a certain way but the result was different. When bad things are done and a stunned soul wonders what all that was about, the darkside engine comes under scrutiny. It is when the soul experiments with self-control that it realises that it has opposition within. There is something in there which wants things it's way, and it will oppose contrary moves. A questioning soul will ask how come things are being decided within when soul itself has not made a decision, or even thought about the issue. If soul is the one doing the monitoring, who is it that is doing the engineering within? Once the soul becomes aware of what is going on in its body and consciousness, it will detect interferences. Soul must monitor it's world within to detect the darkside engine. Doing a journal that records all that transpires in the body and consciousness is the best way of managing this. Knowing how it works within enables the soul to use trial and error experimentation to stop the manipulation. Taking responsibility for all actions and not doing an action until it is consciously decided and approved, is the way to stall the darkside engine. No behavior is allowed to 'happen' unless consciously approved. This is self control. But, relief from darkside interference by just blocking its attempts to control behavior does not remove the problem. It keeps coming at you in unguarded moments, and constantly creates, seeks out or targets your weak-points and blind-spots. The darkside within has the help of the darkside society in the battle against the soul. They trespass against the soul, bothering it with plots, setups, attacks and accidents. Soul can't afford to give up large chunks of it's life time to surviving darkside attacks and operations. A decisive counter-attack must be staged. Soul must take up its weapons and end the nonsense by a frontal attack the darkside/bacteria substances. When the enemy within is defeated, there is no able traitor on board to sell out to the darksiders on the outside. There is no weakness within to be exploited. They can kill you physically, but as a spark of God, your future is assured. When this tour is over, soul goes home!

Destroying the darkside's bacterial/viral helpers using Lomatium Dissectum (buy your raw roots cheaply here, large doses of the alcohol extract work quickly and effectively), papaya leaf juice (where mosquitoes bite), and Monolaurin (kills bad bacteria and Candida) restore internal peace. Other measures like Oxygen, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ozonated water, Iodine, thyme oil, Oregano oil etc get the job done too! Rife technology involves using specific radio frequencies to kill specific bacteria that reside in the body, but you can hit the darkside substance itself with certain frequencies (eg 432 Hz and 528 Hz) and weaken it. The darkside/bacteria combo has set up sniper locations and pathways that it uses to leverage it's attacks on the soul's attention. In which location on the body does the 'rage'-influence  originate? Who is it controlling the hands when you lash out? Why does the upper body stiffen lock up? You can use Rife machines to directly hit the darkside by using frequencies to counter the vibrations/energy it uses to influence/overpower the soul. Remove yourself from every source of dirty electricity (including microwaves from cellphones, cell towers and related installations) because it energises the darkside! There is a variety of things that can counter darkside energy including meditation for energy, Orgone/Orgonite ( much of these are ineffective though orgone-producing machines and a device called a POWER WAND make a difference in the context of high EMFs), music (disharmonious sounds and EMF energy hurt you, see here and here), frequencies, different kinds of light therapy, light and heat therapy (Biomats),etc, etc. You have to make the body/flesh as unwelcoming as possible for the darkside engine to operate in. Good health does this. Fasting for short periods disconnects the darkside/bacteria combo from its customary consumptions (it will try it's all to get you to quit) while giving the body's systems a chance to reset. Fasting is a way of restoring control of the body to the soul but the real challenge is to properly feed the cells, not to starve them. Fresh nutrient-rich organic food ( no wheat except organic or use potato bread, organic veggies and fruits, no meat, no pasteurised milk etc.), aminos, vitamins, collagen, bone broth, minerals (lugol's iodine, magnesium etc, seaweed, shilajit etc), herbs, fresh plant juices etc.... go a long way in creating a healthy body. The protocol of Dr Mark Sircus is very helpful in this respect (cheaper alternatives to his sources do exist)! You must detoxify your body by fasting, by neutralising free radicals, by eliminating arterial plaque (calcium, fibrin, Lp(a), the liver regulates cholesterol levels automatically), by removing heavy metals and toxins like pesticides, by removing food additives like dyes and preservatives, by removing fluoride (borax...see Earth Clinic for details), etc. Fluoride is a confirmed neurotoxin. Your war chest should therefore include plain non-calcium EDTA, Vitamin C and L. Lysine plus Proline, Liquid Zeolite, Cilantro, Serrapeptase/Nattokinase/Lumbrokinase, Chlorella, activated charcoal and any supplement that acts to cleanse the organs and systems in your body. Yoga (meditation, breathing, physical exercises) is necessary. A rebounder is ideal for low impact exercise and for tuning up the lymphatic system. Humming or OM sounds generate vibrations that counteract the darkside's ability to send forth it's own attacking vibrations. Strengthen the musculature, tendons and ligaments of your head and neck. Nurture an alkaline body which creates harmony within, which takes care of bad bacteria and related diseases, which is oxygen-rich, which retains a surplus of anti-oxidants and automatically pre-empts calcification. In short, you have to conduct a war within to convince the darkside that your body already has an owner-occupier, and that invaders will be repulsed  by any means necessary. Then again, for soul to fight it's battle it's way, and for it's benefit, it cannot let the darkside infiltrate itself into soul's life and mess things up!

The darkside possession occupies the body, and from there it launches it coup against the soul. The bacteria and viruses live throughout the body, except for the brain. The basal party of the brain, the Limbic system, has been found to house a collection of bacteria. According to Swami Sivananda, the soul is about the size of a thumb and dwells in the inner sanctum of the mid-brain. The soul is composed of a very refined or subtle invisible substance. The darkside is a crude or gross invisible substance. The two kinds of substances cannot mix or co-locate. The darkside is warring against the soul, and the soul does not know it. The darkside does it's thing boldly and without hindrance. The soul needs, and has, a brain in order to download itself, and to upload  this world to its consciousness. It uses the central nervous system, the senses, related organs and the complete physical architecture to function in this world. The darkside's home-base is the gut of the human being but it can expand or contract vertically. It seems to use the primary blood vessels to access the head and the chief senses. If one takes the minimum size of the darkside and adds it to the consciousness-size of about four pounds of bacteria, the soul is smaller. The soul and darkside/bacteria combo are different kinds of consciousness. Their natures are completely different. The darkside has the nature of a predatory usurper/thief while the soul has the nature of a happy homeowner. The soul has no axe to grind or point to make because the body is it's own. The darkside is a thief of the body. It wants to dominate the soul and use the body for its purposes. It even imagines that it is a more worthy user of the body than the soul could be. It possesses the body very early in life, perhaps from the womb itself. Under the present systems we live under, and with the present high population of darksiders, the darkside within gets all the help it needs to grow beyond the soul. If soul does not beat the darkside in youth, there is little hope for this in adulthood when the system grabs hold of everyone. Education makes a difference if it encourages knowledge-seeking. When education becomes a means for getting qualified for a career, the darkside can enhance its materialist nature without an awakening of the soul interrupting it. The bacteria are all about consuming to reproduce, thus building their colonies. The larger the colonies the greater the powers they develop, and the more they can influence their hosts in their favor.

Man has been deceived into believing that his brain puts him above all the rest of creation, and that lesser beings are not as worthy. This perhaps justifies killing living things for food but it is not a correct appraisal of lesser beings. The consciousness of lesser beings have the same attributes that human consciousness has: awareness and intelligence. Physical forms limit what they can do, but then man has not studied them diligently. Apes can light fires! Trees are sentient beings! The bacteria within are both aware and intelligent. They can communicate! The darkside possession is aware and intelligent. The soul has awareness and intelligence (brain assists the data processing but is not of itself intelligent). The awareness is the power of attention. The darkside/bacteria combo hijacks the attention of the soul to manipulate it, and to dominate it. This is done via interfacing with the optic nerve. Bacteria accumulate in the eyes and they conduct the hijack from there. The darkside itself rises via the blood vessels to affect the eyes and optic nerve. If the darkside/bacteria combo can successfully steal and use a human body, and remain undetected, where is the superiority of the human being that we tout? The darkside/bacteria combo uses tricks, feelings, sensations, moods, energies, urges, hallucinations, memories, suggestions etc to prompt the soul to allow or to do the desired action. The unaware soul goes along with all this in the assumption that this is all it's own doing. The soul does not know initially that it is all a setup, and in time, every option for behavior is dictated by the darkside/bacteria combo. The soul becomes asleep at the wheel: giving life to the body but leaving its operation to the darkside. The soul has come to believe and accept the 'one-being-in-a-body' theory, and cannot go beyond this level into the truth of a divided internal kingdom!

But, soul is always looking for knowledge. If it pursues education and uses logic to develop a 'bullshit meter', it can easily sense lies and deception. This helps it to sift through the lies, programming and propaganda which pervades schooling. It develops a knack for sensing which books and readings are fake, and which have some truth. It all begins with reading or listening and trying to understand (comprehension). The soul erects ideas from the words/sentences/paragraphs it reads. Words are just symbols which are arranged in sentences to create recognisable ideas. Ideas might be about concrete things or abstract things. The soul does have the faculty of imagination or visualisation (no good word exists to describe this power) that converts language into ideas. Real meditation begins when ideas are cross-referenced with other ideas in the mind's eye or third eye. You measure certain ideas against the backdrop of other ideas that you have in store to detect their congruence or their difference. This is idea integration. Then you accept the ideas if there is a good fit or link-up with what is already there. You can tweak ideas or delete them to build an intrinsically consistent overview or knowledge or philosophy that is evolving/trending towards truth. This is easier to do than to describe. In the process of continued research and efforts to understand, the lies and programming get stripped away and you have related or congruent ideas in your mental library. Integrating your ideas eliminates logical inconsistencies and deception. Idea integration goes on automatically in the subconscious as linkages and connections are made or unmade. 'Sleeping on an idea' is a reliable process. Consciously, however, logic applied to true data never fails. This is the foundation on which knowledge is built. Your database of truth exists as a web of knowledge in your 'cloud' or Causal World storage. You access this with your third eye vision. You refer to it thousands of times a day. The darkside asserts its methodology to get soul to bypass looking before leaping. A soul anchored in the Causal World with its third eye vision is at home, and it is very happy. From here soul expands its knowledge by research and delves deeper into the truth of stored ideas by idea- integration. You can connect or link ideas or remove links between them. You can edit the ideas to remove falsehood or to add new truer data. You can blend in new ideas into the stock you have already verified by establishing correlations and by making tweaks in the direction of greater congruence. Research is necessary to expand your knowledge-base, to increase your horizon of ideas and to add in details. It is only by synchronising the ideas in your web of knowledge or overview and by adding new data that you perfect your knowledge. When physical research does not supply new data, you probe into the unknown or void while focusing on an idea that you want a deeper understanding of. When you get a flow of connected ideas based on the idea you are probing, you are being helped, guided or inspired. This is new knowledge. There are those who can go about doing their daily business from the state of meditation. Time ceases to exist. These people excel in their respective fields. Things that disturb soul's way of doing things (like noisy darkside materialists and ego-builders) are shunned like the plague. Soul people prefer to be alone rather than interact with people who try to catch and butcher his attention. There is no common ground with darksiders who begin yawning when soul begins to flow: darksiders are like fishes out of water if their pet hang-ups like exotic possessions, sexiness or beauty, notable consumption, pleasure-filled escapades, starring roles,  increasing net worth, or mundane sundries (including talk and back-talk in the making-it-up-as-you-go-along tradition) are not the topics of conversation. It is because of the darkside system that souls cannot live out their happy knowledge-pursuing natures and are forced to focus on the joyless materialist existence created by 'the happiness trap'.                   

The soul has the ability to access old and new knowledge in the causal world. This world is like a conscious library which helps process the ideas/ knowledge as soul tries to understand its way to truth. A competent all-round soul has many 'books' in its causal-world library of knowledge (the original storage medium or cloud). Just the mention of a topic and the appropriate book becomes available for download into language. A 'book' can also be called a channel. Soul can have several channels available at once but focus and concentration means only one channel operates at a point in time. This is the same idea behind the concept of multi-tasking. Souls have near-perfect audio-visual recall originating in the causal world. This is not related to short-term memory which can be short-circuited by the darkside. It is all accessible by the awareness or attention of the soul. The attention itself is multi-sensored much like a bar-code reader. The rays of attention enable the sizing up of circumstances, objects and ideas: roaming across them until their configuration and ramifications are understood. Soul has an unlimited attention-span, with full concentration and a pinpoint or expansive focus, as necessary. Soul can download all kinds of ideas and influences from the world of ideas. Many talents are accessed and downloaded for use in this world. These talents can be used physically without a pause between download and usage i.e. the talent flows. This is described by the word 'inspired'. The excellent talents and abilities of souls arouse the hatred, jealousy and envy of the darkside. So they have embarked on a program to possess and use souls' bodies to show that they can outshine souls, and be a better user of the body. Darkside law runs the world. Darkside substance is intelligent (not in soul's class though) even without a brain to use (their home-base is in the body). But because they have no brain to use and have no real data-processing ability, they are easily programmable. They have good short-term memories. They prey on darksiders by capturing them and wiping their memories and programming them. This kind of mind-control is part of the sex school: they completely disorient the victim then allow behavior along lines that they want. They can also pimp their victims to do what they want. They can even inflict multiple programs on their darkside victim resulting in multiple personalities. They try the same thing on soul people but they have to build up the dark side within before they can 'wash, cook and clean' it. This is mind-control. It cannot work on a soul who has access to the causal world. They cannot succeed where the soul knows how to cut his own dark side down. Mind-controlling the soul is impossible since darkside powers cannot affect soul substance. Cutting out the expression of the soul to control it reveals the ignorance of the darkside: soul deals in ideas which are beyond the ability of the darkside to intercept or manipulate since it cannot journey into that world. So....the darkside corrupts the soul's mental equipment with fluoride! And, they try to build the dark side within or torture the soul's body to get a victory. 

The elites and the darkside society do not allow souls to have their attention free of tension, or free of a multiplicity of concerns and distractions. As if the process of making a living, paying taxes and eking out a survival is not enough, they keep you in busy engagement with issues that they have deliberately created to affect you. The elites are busy creating false-flag psyops for manufacturing consent for their agenda. The mainstream media uses fake news to enable this agenda. In fact, the media colludes with the other arms of the Deep State to execute plots. So you spend your life paying attention to what concerns them, and very little time is available to properly assay your real concerns and to do justice to them. You spend your life giving your time, labor and resources in seeking survival from a system that works to the greater benefit of its creators and their successors. In fact, to get an acceptable wage, you are required to attend University. There you parrot what they teach to succeed without being closer to understanding the world. You emerge brainwashed! You are probably being programmed to delete reality. If you research and come to see what is really happening, they lock you into labels which make others look down or you or question your credibility. If you happen to unearth the factual reality hidden behind their facade of propaganda and express it online, they censor you. Censorship is a war on human awareness. Both censorship and fake news serve to pre-empt the ability of truth to come to your notice/attention. The elites use psychotronic and other methods to destroy the mental viability of special targets, and of the general population. In addition, they lock the darkside's attention so securely to what's not good for soul, to darkside pursuits, to their preferred system-offerings, and to their history of things that the soul  finds it most difficult to transcend the programming and the propaganda, and so become free to see 'what is'. The system created by the elites uses the mainstream media and the darkside society to perpetuate and promote the status quo, while hiding the true nature and agendas of the elites. To talk of the conspiracy of the elites is to be branded a 'theorist'. All the facts of conspiracy you present receives a question mark! The rich and famous are held up as heroes and as examples that you should honor and copy. Of course, that bubble is bursting with recent revelations of elite satanic worship, pedophilia, child trafficking, sexual orgies, and elevated levels of corruption. It is through demonstration effects that the rich spread their culture of corruption to the masses....not that the darkside masses need any help in that direction. Soul has its work cut out for it: clearing the garbage that clogs up its attention and disables its abilities and access to truth.

The current systems of the elites and darkside society suppress and compromise the attention of the soul but lift up and magnify the darkside's attention. This world is constructed to be about what is important to the darkside. The controllers won't say that they deliberately target the attention of the darkside but it is only by this doing that they can perpetrate and sustain a system based on materialism. There is serious dumbing-down taking place. The know-how of living as a soul on earth is completely hidden while how to be a darkside and succeed, is ubiquitously propagated. The system destroys/victimises good/soul people and blames them in defence! The system gets and keeps its customers by catching, manipulating and building of the darkside's attention. The system programs you by the know-how or training it gives you, or forces you to adopt, for living the roles you live in the stations of life you are in. Males and females are programmed. Businessmen and the military are programmed. Employers, employees and the unemployed are programmed. Scientists, teachers, God-seekers, journalists and writers are programmed. Everyone who takes the programming the world offers on what to do, and how to do it, is programmed. The really insidious programming is done by the occult hierarchy, by the darkside society, and by the direct link with satan. The mainstream/social/entertainment media are the elites' tool for social engineering delivering trends like feminism, sexual deviance, diversity and porn. Religion delivers it's own kind of brain-numbing, will-stealing or sheep-creating propaganda. You are held in the system by necessity, force or coercion, if all else (temptation?) fails. Only the wealthy (because they rule) and the thinkers (because they can see through the system) know they have choices. Many thinkers are yet to arrive at the point at seeing deliberate darkside infestation of human bodies. This is the elites secret strategy for controlling the planet. Darksides are the programmable life-form which need the elites and what they offer the world and do not pose a threat to them. Darksides are of low intelligence and will not ever see the big picture or question their darkside superiors: the elites. The Occult Hierarchy is busy putting darkside possessions into bodies and manipulating them. Of course, they prevent you from leaving the system too, as people who try to live off the grid come to realise! Everybody seems to be pulling, tying and manipulating the attention of the darkside: especially the elites, the women, the media and advertisers. You 'pull and tie' the attention of darksides within, and you get control of bodies that behave as you wish, and do your bidding. The darkside's attention pulls the attention of the soul along with it, like an unwilling dupe. The captive soul is forced to go along but will not wake up unless it's debacle is forcefully brought to it's attention. Some kind of enlightenment or it's kind of 'food' can change things. Deception is employed to make the soul feel that there is something for it in the things that the darkside attention runs to. That everybody else is doing it this way is often enough reason. The internet has brought some enlightenment and souls are waking up. Alternative news sites developed to bring things like true news and natural cures to soul people. The elites do not like souls and denied its' existence when they formulated their definition of what a legal person is based on mercantile law. All the while fueling the darkside entity and manipulating it to serve their agenda. The darkside masses get what it wants (materialism), and the darkside elites get what they want (total control). The darkside masses love to latch onto causes to fight for. Elite social engineering gives them such causes (feminism, racism, etc). The elites implement 'divide and rule' successfully using things like politics, racism and other natural or created differences. The darkside fervently supports the causes it is programmed to engage in or be loyal to. It is kept busily engaged in distractions, while the soul remains unfree to roam and assay the truths of 'what is'. The darkside likes to play itself, and to enjoy or have fun. The system has this kind of food in abundance.  The darkside uses the body for enjoyment, but few will discover that until the mechanism is understood. The dark side within loves the intoxication of drugs and sex to the point of obsession/addiction. Good people also indulge in intoxicants because a sated darkside, reveling in it's intoxication, gives the soul a breather! Life has become a matter of buying and selling, earning and spending, having more and consuming, enjoying and having fun, preying (hunting and catching) and eating (consuming) etc etc. Life has become a celebration of the darkside nature propagated by, and overseen by, the elites and the darkside society. The elites manipulate the attention of the majority, who are darksiders. This blocks their souls from taking charge.The elites have created a Surveillance State to spy on you, to get data on you for targeted advertising and for keeping track of you for their purposes! Surveillance is done by private corporations in conjunction with Government as part of the anti-terrorism plot.

The darkside's attention automatically runs externally, into the world where everything is just an object to be used, consumed, acquired, played with or preyed upon. The darkside's attention is in it's substance, but when it tries to focus on itself, it goes into boredom, mind-reading or hooking up with other darksiders or satan. The soul has an attention that is located in it's consciousness ( not really focused inwardly) and goes externally when it needs to. Staying inwards is no problem for soul since it is complete. Soul is not fixated on materials or materialism. It has no designs on the earth beyond basic needs. In fact it like a minimum of responsibilities, engagements and commitments. It has no darkside desires and therefore no need for enjoyments, pleasures and fun in excess of that which arises as part of it's daily conduct of life. It is the owner of it's body and has nothing to prove. It has the bliss, the ever-fresh consciousness and the knowledge puzzle to solve.  What the system does is make all external seeking the province of the darkside by giving darksides the success, and creating failure for the soul. When soul tries to go in the external world for its material needs, the darksiders in charge discriminate to deny it any success. So the darkside is given material success, social acceptance, and such engagements/preoccupations as it needs to stay in control of the body. If you don't have the 'mark of the beast', you cannot be a success. They want soul to stay in it's shell while the darkside becomes a rising star. That, soul can do. Patience is one of soul's strongest attributes.The elites program the dark side using the media and religion to attach to beliefs, and to act from them.. It can then pretend to be an upright citizen with rights, freedoms and social status. The darkside is given resources with which to enhance its possessions and social presence. This is darkside-rearing, and programming. The operating system of the darkside has free passage in this sin-and-let-sin world because  darksiders are all dedicated to destroying goodness and good people; because it has the protection, the blessing and the backing of this darkside world; because the backing of wealth is accepted everywhere; because its assailant-type, beastly/predatory nature is the common modus operandi among peoples everywhere; and because all darksiders are hooked up to the same satanic force/database. The 'mark of the beast' is the only password accepted for entry into the world of material plenty. It is also the only password accepted by the darkside masses for free passageway throughout life. The elites and darkside society have created a complete system for the domination of earth by darkside possessions. You know that darkside culture prevails when darksiders tell you (soul) that you should 'grow up', 'wake up' or 'go down'. They want you to join in their party or dance, or their parade and not be a spoil-sport by projecting your own soul consciousness. So, they kick you down! Darksiders hate souls because by virtue of their knowledge, souls are always ahead of them. This occurs, too, when soul fights back against the darkside within and conquers it: You automatically go ahead of all darksiders! The darkside elites and the darkside society are themselves part of the colors and tribes with the 'pack' mentality and consciousness. They have the same likes and dislikes, so they work as a team. The leaders/elites add to this by devising special operations to enhance the darkside operating system or to destroy soul people. Darkside likes and dislikes along with beliefs, intrinsic emotions/feelings/qualities (like darkside love, hate, anger, rage, jealousy, envy, greed, ambition, desire, preying, cunning, controlling others, daring, enjoying, intoxication etc) form the basis of the darkside's operating system or engine. Will-power and asserting that one is soul makes little difference. Self-control makes some difference. Research fuels the awakening soul. One has to live the lifestyle of the soul. This, however, triggers an ongoing war within. To win the war in a very short time is the goal. To do this, the suggestions given in this blog re cutting down the darkside/bacteria combo by a direct assault on these substances, must be explored. Then, the darkside stops looking like a formidable foe. It is only when you lift up yourself (soul) away from the influence of your darkside that you can shed your intellectual and other prisons, and see that satan supported his favorites in their plot to control and govern the world, using their control of money-printing and the exploitation of earth's resources. This world has a satanic not a divine (God) system. When you fully become soul, you become an instrument of God. He then guides you into your fighting niche for the creation of a God-blessed system. Therein lies your real happiness, and that of the rest of humanity. You need to get to the position where you can help the fightback, instead of just seeking to escape from prospective hot-zones of war!

You have to detect and unlearn the lies that you believe. You have to get the information-content of your head out in the open, where you can examine them in light of research on those topics. People are programmed to believe certain things and instead of verifying their truth, they go about making up justifications for their beliefs, as they go. Writing journals is the customary way to get the awareness of what programming lies within. Once you know what you believe, you delete the fakes by updating to the best truth you can work out. You now face the world with updated truth, and you keep updating as updates become available to you. You must have a 'don't know' or 'not sure' label to attach to topics that you are unclear about. This is how to reset your head! No guru can do that for you. This is how you get fresh eyes with which to look at the world and see things anew, by and for yourself. Not knowing what is real or fake is grounds for postponing belief. But this is the opposite of what we do. When you live by the truths you discover, only the truths are capable of generating change. Lies and fakes cannot create change, and you have to keep searching. It is the darkside within which fears change because it feels that it will lose its hold in the body. The soul seeks truth, and it will boldly include things in its life, on a trial and error basis. When the change it desires accrues, the protocol is included in its life. Imagine what will happen if the soul tries out things that create an alkaline body. The healthy stress-free feeling that accrues is enough to assure continuance along that path. This is how you assess things in life: by the changes that accrue! Nutrition has the power to completely reset your life for the better. Good nutrition fights back against the darkside for you! The darkside is content with 'tasty, delicious and trending' foods but these do not give health to the body. The darkside is focused on 'enjoy' not health. The plain foods (amino acids, minerals, vitamins, veggies, fruits, complex carbs, healthy saturated and other fats and oils, and supplements) are what the cells need. The cells can only use what is available. When starved of its tools, the cells under-perform and poor health results. You do feel the change to greater health that comes from investing time, money and research on nutrition. Much of the credit for good health goes to what you avoid consuming. But it doesn't stop there. You have to conduct maintenance on the body. You have to detoxify. You have to get rid of the calcium that accumulates in your arteries and everywhere else. The acidity created by consuming acidic foods causes the body to send calcium from the bones to alkalise the body. But, there is no mechanism that forces calcium to return to the bones and teeth. Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D allegedly does that but not many know about Vitamin K2. So you have to remove the calcium that forms plaque and causes arthritis. EDTA does this. Fibrin also clogs you up. Serrapeptase, Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase get rid of fibrin.Vitamin C with L-Lysine and Proline takes care of Lp(a). Cholesterol is regulated by the liver. Nutritional change can eliminate the top two causes of death: heart attacks and cancer. Getting rid of heavy metals, bad bacteria, various chemical poisons and toxins are also necessary. Survival is simply postponing death. Changing does not mean presenting a new different face to the world. That is merely an ego transformation. And, much like making New Years resolutions, there is always reversion to the old. Changing yourself by including change-creating items and activities in your daily schedule is how to proceed. Look at the real world as an observer, and you will get to know it. Look at 'what is', not positive things or negative things! Help the world change to a better 'what is'.

Religion completely ignored the ways things were done in ongoing reality, and gave us a fictitious reality which they composed in their mental laboratories. If you accepted their fake news, you accepted them as the experts. They're conspirators. They direct their fake news to a 'one-being-in-a body' who does not exist. They told you that the law of karma distributes past karma into the present, and present karma into the future. That law does not appear to have operated at all. If so, the ancient darkside bloodlines would have been destroyed in paying for their crimes. Instead, they thrive! That God is active in creating material changes in peoples lives, and on earth, is very doubtful. He is touted as being the distributor of things, good and bad, but the evidence is that the elites and the darkside society are the ones doing this. That God  needs, or responds to, homage, worship, prayers, rituals etc is also very doubtful. The evidence points to the fact that God inspires and guides souls through the faculty of intuition. satan guides his own via a similar mechanism. Beyond guidance, there is little evidence of God's activities in human living. Religion did not tell us about the darkside as a possessing force, or about its bacterial helpers in the body. Religion did not tell us about the darkside tribes and colors that form the darkside society, and that they run things in the society. Religion did not tell us about the ruling satanic elites who are producing this earthly drama while enslaving us. These darksiders spend their lives building and enhancing their comfort zones while eliminating the comfort zones of good and innocent people. This makes them feel better about who they are and what they can do, but it is their natural hate for souls that is being enacted. They help their own kind to advance materially once the corrupt requirements of soul-selling, favors, bribes, kickbacks and sex are met! Fair play is out of the question! Darksiders form the secret government which is the true dispenser of fruits, good or bad, in the various societies. Sharing the same darkside consciousness, the tribes and colors have their collective meetings or 'panchayats', in which they decide who to build, and who to reduce. In these 'psychic' meetings, they lobby, buy, sell, trade, award and generally decide the fate of those in the society. Key influences in these meetings are the relative sizes of the groups and lobbies, and the wishes/orders/ preferences of the elites and the biggest bloodlines. satan feeds into all darkside consciousness, and these meetings are really about his wishes. Those colors/tribes with the more powerful warriors can more effectively push through their demands, and get what they want. It is the law of rule by majority or democracy. Being darksiders, it is more aptly named a demonocracy. It really is mob rule, not a meritocracy. When the majority is evil, what is needed is a few good men at the helm, not more of the same.

Much of life is being engineered by the darkside consciousness located in human beings everywhere, but especially in the occult factions. The elites have their occult hierarchy consisting of powerful darksiders and 'psychics'. Perhaps, they are reptilian aliens with above-normal darkside powers. Knowledge of the powerful Occult psychic controllers is very scarce: most people think that this is the work of technology. The darkside tribes and colors have their warriors working 24/7 doing remote viewing and psychic manipulation /interference. These psychics spend their lives influencing/affecting people with ideas and energy.  They use energy and voices to attack the good, or other enemy. They deprive you of sleep with incessant voice-chatter, and energy attacks. The voices are sent by darksiders, and is received by the darkside/bacteria combos of the victims. Kill the bacteria and the voices recede! The darkside ground troops are always carrying out operations against soul people. This is how they live. They do not know what peace is! They use public and private office to deny you the fruits you are legitimately entitled to, sometimes claiming that it is not your time. They are arrogant, offensive, brutal, demanding, merciless, bold-faced, cruel, cunning, spiteful..... and pretend to lordship over you. They bark and yell at you as if they own you. They warn you against opening your mouth to say anything. Complaints are severely penalised. They insist that you do the actions they conjure up for you, in obedience. The evil vs good war is real but the good keep pretending that these people have gone astray, and just need to be corrected or rehabilitated, instead of admitting that a satanic conspiracy exists. The good do not know that the darkside entity is completely the opposite of soul. The words 'person' and 'human being' convince us that there is one being within. Language is part of the conspiracy. Darksiders think that they are the gods of earth and that they entitled to use force or other means to keep you down, and to teach you 'respect'. Their wealth/comfort zones are pushed in your face as being validation for their privileges, power, authority, and their feeling of being entitled.

Evil promotes evil by the systems they set up to distribute material things, including females. There is no merit to save you unless you are a darksider with wealth, or have the back-up of a large tribe, color or bloodline. The darkside society rules the various locations on earth, giving or taking as they collectively or individually decide. Whatever a single darksider does, is okayed by tribe or color, no matter how evil it is. They assemble into 'lines' of darksiders waiting to collect the good things in life from themselves, not the law of karma. They decide whose turn it is to get 'life', as if they are earth's gods. God gave life at birth because it was your time. The darkside society can take away this privilege and not return it. They can kill you because you are unwilling to sleep as a soul, and allow the dark side within to wake up and take over. Soul people/good guys are not part of the psychic network or 'panchayat', and if they ever make it to any of these 'lines', they remain at the back ad infinitum. Souls know absolutely nothing about these lines or when it is their 'turn'. Good people are tried, convicted and condemned by these 'panchayats', and they are not  present to defend themselves because it is a darkside affair. Darksiders are usually in key positions in Governmental or Private employment and use their positions to fight their evil vs good war. They favor their own and deprive good people of fair treatment. In some societies, the families keep promoting darkside children while keeping down the others. They engineer it so that the darkside children get the inheritances. Females seem to be at the root of the practice of promoting darkside children in families, and promoting darkside men (and women) at the level of the society. The darkside children are allowed to get whatever they want, and to do whatever they want. They reserve wealth, the plum positions and pursuits for darkside people. These darkside females target good guys for destruction. Part of the reason is that these females cannot control soul people because of the immunity that comes with being soul. They do not like that immunity because they cannot manipulate the soul to serve their needs or to become a servant of the darkside. If they can't control you, they destroy you! These females like, and promote, men who join their pool of the 'willing for sex', or of 'willing to play the game'. The female hive is the linchpin of the darkside society. They are the ones who are vied for by darkside males for use as energy warriors, and for sex. The darkside females must activate the dark side in the good guys bodies for it to have powers and operate like theirs. They don't, unless a good guy qualifies by signing a virgin, or some other qualification like making a female pregnant. If you are karmically 'clean', expect to be persecuted by them. They are dirty people and like to see only dirty 'others' in the society. 'Dirt' gives them the ability to blackmail people in order to get them to obey their orders. They don't activate the dark side of good people because they do not want soul/good people to have powers to fight back with. This activation seems to take place in youth, which gives the darkside more time and leverage to grow and control the body. Only if your body is ruled by the darkside will it be accepted and welcomed by the darkside society. The 'mark of the beast' is the permit to life! The tribes and colors are busy recruiting members from childhood itself. They seem to be competing to possess people with their particular brand of darkside. Good people do exist either by virtue of reincarnation of a developed soul, by virtue of pursuing knowledge from youth itself, or by virtue of proper guidance or nurturing. Living in bondage is very painful. The way out is to learn how to defeat the darkside conspiracy within you, and in the society. It is better to research how to do it and try, than to accept the lordship of the darkside. It is better to live as a broken piece of jade than as a whole clay idol. Death is just a gateway to another more real existence! Do not sell your soul by compromising it for material betterment.

The darkside society is rearing darksides from childhood. Various cultures have practices which assures that the darkside will be built to rule the child's body. Some hindus keep the child's hair long, and do not wash his mouth. Long hair is antenna for the darkside, and keeps the muscles of the neck and head out of condition. Neck and head strength is important in resisting the darkside's transmission of vibrations/urges/influences to the soul. Carrying heavy things on the head or doing the head-stand remedies this. Generating vibrations by singing OM, or by humming, effectively compromises the darkside's ability to send forceful vibrations to affect the soul or the optic nerve. Not washing the mouth allows bacterial and yeast build-up! This is not a problem in the west! All the 'cooking ' and 'washing' done in the darkside sex 'school' is meant to build the female darkside, to program it into hyper-sexuality and attendant behavior, and to become pliant and compliant. The sex school resets the darkside to operate in a different mode. It is not a soul-building event. The various crews in the sex school are darksiders who do not have a clue about building the soul, and that is never their intention. All they produce are boy-toys and honey-traps! It is about building the darkside engine within, not shutting it down. The darksiders have cleverly scripted their games, so that the good guys they include in their games as opponents are faced with moves that build their darkside without their knowledge. The female (who is complicit) is passed around them a few times so she can get him interested, and pull and tie his attention. She is there, too, as a honey-trap to set him up for his ruination/downfall. Then the darkside society whisks her away to 'cook' her. The good guy is forced to see her with a multitude of 'crews', and has real heartbreak episodes every time, if he had a genuine interest in her. The colors tell him that he was supposed to go for sex, and 'sign' or 'open' her. No time for getting to know you! Just do it (sex)! The good guy experiences getting his emotions built, along with being jilted and devalued (actually his dark side is being awakened). Chances are that he is under total psychic, energy and other darkside attack. Mama's boys must be the stars in this show! The good guy is even told to go and look for her, and that she will return, even while the psychic attackers describe who she is with, and doing what. The darkside society ensures that the good guys become obsessed with the female, and make mistakes or suffer such deterioration and loss of hope that they commit suicide. Souls/good guys face this situation by searching for the mechanism which produces the effects he is experiencing, and for the methods for disabling it. God guides them to methodically conduct trial and error solutions. Good guys discover that the sex-school show is building his dark side within, as is intended. They search for methods of cutting it back down because 'pulling and tying' is not love! Immunity to darkside influences exists, waiting to be discovered. One fact changes the game when it is discovered: the females in the sex school, the crews and the darkside colors and tribes who run the show are all on the same page, and on the same side. They are using the good guys as stooges for their entertainment. There's a movie-script which is being followed by the darksiders. Their victory is assured in every season. The sex school and allied games are also their way of running things so that their darkside natures, and powers, get honed. Their predatory nature is exalted in the games as females are hunted, caught, cooked, and killed like 'dead' meat which is to be bought and sold for eating! This is the darkside society's way of getting rid of 'crops' of virgins every season. No other system or way of mating will be allowed to take root, as the present system gives mama's boys, and the other darksiders, their preferred lifestyle. The good guys are decimated, and shown to be inferior losers. Their method of courtship and love first never gets a chance to bloom. Sex first, and everything else after, is the darkside modus operandi. The females accept this ordering of things because they are darkside too. Pleasure, enjoy and fun are mental triggers that turn the darkside on. The darkside society has created generations of 'pimps' and 'hoes'. They get to re-create these roles from generation to generation, as new crops of virgins become available. The elites set up a system that accepts, nourishes and accomodates only the darkside nature. 'Distract' and 'keep them busy', along with 'divide and rule', are leveraged perfectly in the gender games invented by the elites! Then scholars wonder why life has become hell!

Darksiders cannot build the darkside of a good guy who knows how to shut down the darkside engine within. The darksiders do not really know the soul. They treat it as if it just another kind of darkside. When a soul/good person shows up with a weak darkside, they launch their attacks, not knowing that the soul there is a spark of God. The sparks of God are more powerful than the sparks of satan. The darkside is fooled by their superior numbers. The soul sees them as just one evil consciousness. Their darksides are weaker because the good guys know how to fight and defeat them! The God that the good are are attuned to has no problem with good people but the darkside society condemns them anyway! The soul person knows that certain decisions were made by the colors and tribes when his persecution begins, or is accelerated. This not-so-secret darkside government is the actual giver of good and bad fruits in current living, and these fruits are in no way related to merit or the actual karma done by the recipients in this life, or in any life. There is no way that the secret government can know about past lives. Their habit is destroy the good then make up excuses like 'no respect', past karma or 'the good die young'. There is no good reason for the misery that the good have to go through. And to top it all off, the darkside perpetrators want forgiveness! Instead, they deserve curses so that they get the returns for their sins. More on that later. Another trick used by the darkside tribes and colors is that they tout the efficacy of prayer. Prayers and conversations are all picked up by the darkside psychic network. It is all a show wherein darksiders use the requests made in 'prayer' as an excuse to grant to their own, what is requested. When prayers are granted gives the recipients the cue to say that God does answer prayers! Good people are entrapped by their prayers to God for changes they want. Such prayers help the darkside know what good people want. Knowing this, they can block them or prevent them from getting it. Good people are already attuned to God, so overt prayers are self-betrayal leading to entrapment. Even Christ recognised this trap when he advised that the good should pray in the secrecy behind closed doors. Talking to God is a different matter completely. God speaks to you with ideas. These are what you pick up via intuition. You translate these ideas into words so you can record it and communicate it. You don't have to if you don't want the darkside to read your secrets! Man invented language and use them to talk to God. What if man gave up the flowery words used in prayer and focused on communicating with God using ideas? It requires a meditation-like composure but it probably would work better. Besides, God already knows your concerns.

Souls are instruments of God, while darksiders are instruments of satan. This happens only when either is firmly in charge within the body, and the other side has been forced into sleep. The darkside is in charge within for most human bodies because the darkside society and the elites are purposely feeding the darksides of those whom they rule over. They do this through the mechanisms and offerings of the operating systems which the world lives under. The elites stay evil because they purposely nourish and build their own darkside selves to keep it ruling those bodies. Their lifestyles involve acts which suppress their souls. Same for all darksides. It has been discovered that the elites nourish their darksides by drinking adrenalised human blood, eating human flesh, human sacrifices, occult ceremonies, deliberate predatory and brutal evil acts, pedophilia, eugenics, preoccupation with the NWO agenda, human trafficking, dividing and ruling earth's peoples etc. If those bodies have souls, they are beyond salvage. While most of the masses are decidedly darkside-ruled, there are substantial numbers who are searching for truth. Those bodies display both soul and darkside behavior, as elicited by the life situations they find themselves in. One has to observe people's behavior in order to detect whether the darkside engine is governing, or whether the soul engine is in charge. One must go past the overt behaviors to see the engine that produces the actions, or in-actions. The soul with its body is calm, poised, not chasing anything, not pushing anything, using information delivered by the senses or overriding it, making decisions about what it wants, seeking knowledge and truth, etc. There is confidence and self esteem, and the 'complete' state of being exudes. There is always a smile on their faces, unless the darkside wipes it away. Soul people are targeted by the dark side so they will not be happy. Comfort zones are never achieved in most cases, despite trying hard. But, they will exhibit resilience and good-natured dispositions.  In action, the soul is near-perfect and exudes talent and resourcefulness as it tackles its duties and problems. To become superior, the darkside keeps soul people down or as prisoners. Souls are not slaves to time, or to action. The dark side believes that the more one is enslaved to time and action, the greater is one's discipline. They, therefore, tout discipline, ambition and non-laziness. The real reason for addiction to time and action is that the darkside within has to stay busy 24/7 in order to block the soul from engaging in any action. The soul gets little chance to put its head above water. The darkside ego dies during sleep, so ego building has to take place everyday afresh. When there is no opportunity for action, the darkside roots for some action by producing that kind of feeling/energy called boredom. The darkside runs from boredom into willy-nilly action. Souls have creative hobbies like reading to keep boredom and the darkside at bay. When there is no action to pursue, the darkside just preys on others by stirring up trouble. Both kinds of entities like to do things consistent with their natures. It is actually the natures of the soul and dark side unfolding in life, and not any law of karma at work. Things that happen in people's lives arise because soul and darkside are causing them, not because of God or his laws!

The senses are there as info-gathering tools or sensors, relaying messages back to the soul, who may or may not heed the messages. The body itself conveys information like thirst, hunger, need to use bathroom, pain, heat, cold, illness etc. Everything works as the creator intended. When the darkside/bacteria possessions takes over, they are about their own welfare not that of the soul, or the body. Bacteria(viruses, fungi, bacteria) have untrammeled access to everywhere. The immune system is unable to stop the microscopic invaders because even the various fighter cells can be infiltrated. It is alleged that vaccines supply nagalase, which inactivates the immune system, and cause the bacteria to operate without opposition. The bacteria need food in order to grow and replicate themselves. They gouge on their favorite foods to enlarge their colonies. As colonies, and with the ability to communicate and generate energy, they become an amplified version of the senses. They replace the original senses, and can create obsessive action like compulsive eating which is unrelated to hunger. The bacteria/darkside combo become the new amplified senses, with the 'old' senses receding to the background. What then exists is not the normal senses of the soul. These 'soul' senses are over-powered and superceded by the darkside/bacteria engine. The new amplified senses are qualities of the darkside/bacteria combo, and are used by them for successful colonisation, and for getting them the consuming/feeding substances and activities, that gives their lives temporary feelings of completion. Addictions rather than self-control is exhibited. Material satisfactions are temporary, so they go after them repeatedly. Activities that had no priority under the soul, now become urgent and important. Consumption and sex are taken to extreme levels in the operation of this darkside/bacteria engine. To reiterate, it is not the original version of the senses but an amplified version emanating from the nature of the darkside/bacteria combo that operates in darksiders. The darkside/bacteria combo is not about self-control or prudence, but about successful colonisation. Taste, sight, hearing, and touch all become different heightened experiences with astronomically higher usage than when the soul is in charge. When you add ego and emotion to this heightened brew, you get the powerful darkside/bacteria senses that facilitates/guides the operation of the darkside engine within. A super sex-engine begins to operate within, designed to reap sex from all kinds of human interactions. The darkside/bacteria combo experiences a heightened sexual energy experience, to the point of intoxication. The sexual energy generated during sex and orgasm is amplified and transmitted throughout the bacterial colonies, and the darkside. The orgasmic energy courses throughout the body creating a surrender to its euphoria. The darkside/bacteria combo is able to amplify and transmit the orgasmic feeling to its clones in other bodies. For the darkside/bacteria combo in others is able to experience this euphoria, in absentia. For darksiders each sexual orgasm is an experience benefiting their tribes or colors. So, darksiders dedicate their systems to sex: the closest they can get to a heavenly experience. They tout sharing of sexual partners and sexual excursions. They are clueless about the bliss of the soul which lasts. The darkside/bacteria sense-machine deteriorates with frequency of use, illness, and with aging. The soul has no such heightened passionate sexual experience, and does not need it because of its blissful nature that doesn't evaporate with aging, It does not evaporate unless the darkside takes over. The darkside society is assuring that all humans are hyper-sexualised. Females are hypersexualised by the cooking and programming practicals of the sex school, and the gender games. It is the females who have the energy to 'cook' the males into hypersexuality, or as sex is desired. Since they cannot manipulate the soul, they love the bad boys/darkside males. Darkside hell ensues!

The original soul senses are actually inert ( or 'jada'), and are nothing more than measuring units for certain body phenomena. What happens is that the darkside/bacteria occupy the original senses but superimpose their own consciousness on these, to produce another completely different mechanism which still goes by the old name of 'senses'. The created superimposed 'senses' are far more powerful than the old senses, and have a 'mind' of their own. They do not resemble the sense tools which serve the soul. They change from being mere measuring devices and transmitters of data to enticers and tempters that push/propagate darkside kinds of engagements eg consuming, sex etc , instead of conveying thirst, hunger, or other body warnings. They body-organs just don' see like a camera, hear sounds, taste or have a tactile capacity. They do more with the darkside in charge. They are programmed with darkside messages and intentions. They actually urge/demand fulfillment from the pangs they now can generate. They not only see and hear, they gravitate/lock in to certain kinds of information. So the senses take on additional roles as the darkside capacities come into play  eg passion, feelings, the emotions, ego building etc. Souls do not have these in their make-up. But, fear not, souls have a self-renewing, ever new, ever fresh nature that does not require them to run into materialism to complete or enhance themselves. They have nothing to run from within. The darkside impetus to run and do things to feel good is completely lacking. The new 'senses' become like masters and directors instead of tools....as the darkside uses them in working its way to lordship of the body. The soul, in charge, is already the original lord/owner of the body, and has no inferiority or thief complex! These new senses are not natural to the body, being merely the darkside version, serving the darkside in its quest to seize the body from the soul. The darkside substance does not come suffused with intrinsic worth or bliss as the soul's substance is. The possessing/indwelling darkside is a spark of satan. It possesses bodies and uses them to acquire worthy and blissful feelings. Using the body means doing things. Without its ability to control the body to do things, it becomes a mere passenger. It launches headlong into materialism for its kind of worth and bliss. It ends up with pleasure/intoxication, power, control over others and accumulations. It then thinks that it has out- performed the soul, and as such it is a more deserving user of the body. The elites are darksiders who know all of this, and they have built their systems to engineer the victory of darkside engines over soul engines.  

Darkside law runs the world, not the law of karma. 9

Most people need a life RESET. There is definitely a need for a reset of the way material things are distributed. The elites and the darkside society have engineered systems that work for their benefit. If you help maintain or can expand such systems, you have a sure recipe to the good life. If you are peripheral to these systems, you take what you can get or suffer. The elite-created, urban-focused market system needs you to join in in order to share in its fruits. If you have nothing marketable to offer, or if you are a threat to the system, you suffer. If you chase after products and services, like darksiders, you are welcome. If you are detached or un-obsessed, like souls, you are not welcome. The elites are aware of the need for a reset, and have planned it. You can check out an excellent analysis here. Any reset that leaves the elites in control solves nothing, even though Universal Basic Income will help the poor. This world of suffering, crimes and chaos was created by social engineering. The world cannot be changed unless its operating systems are discarded, and new ones instated. The people must fight for the reset they want, not accept a reset from those who caused the problems in the first place. Keep waking up and retracting your head from the fake news and fake knowledge/paradigms which are being catapulted at you from mainstream sources. Resetting the world will take time and unceasing effort. In the face of increasing chaos and suffering, reset your own mental computers frequently to renew yourself. Embark on programs of nutritional therapies and supplements to escape elitist eugenic strategies, and to chase away death by natural causes. Remove all the malware and mind-control programs resident in your consciousness. Rid yourself of the microscopic inhabitants of your body. Cut down that darkside 'hacker' which lives in your body. This 'hacker' advances its control over the soul, if you don't learn how to reset your head. Daily you go about with your eyes being at eye level or beneath that. This focus keeps you attending to business, but you become more and more worldly, as you increasingly depart from soul consciousness. To reset your consciousness, you have to periodically discard business as usual and revisit soul consciousness. You have to undo the inroads that the darkside has made into soul consciousness. You have to restore your operating system to basic or factory settings. The only way to do this is to change the 'level' your eyes customarily focus at. You have to lift your gaze away from the world and worldly concerns. You could look at the sky and moon. It's better to sit comfortably, relax your body by closing your eyes, and mentally suggesting that the tension-filled areas of your body relax. Start from your feet and move up to the head. Then you lift your eyeballs to gaze as far upwards as it can go, with eyes closed. Inhale through one nostril slowly, and exhale through the other, alternately. Fill the lungs from the diaphragm, moving upwards, then release the air through the other nostril. Use your fingers to pinch one nostril shut while the other is open. Keep the eyeballs gazing upwards, into the nothingness of the void. In this kind of meditation, the soul's attention separates from the darkside's, and from the cares of the world, and dwells on itself. Soul's attention gets focused, strengthened and energised from the void or vacuum. A half hour is enough. You feel refreshed afterwards. The darkside most likely will respond with chatter and distractions but it will stop: it cannot follow the soul into the void. This is how to reset your head/computer by a refocus into soul's home base. It is an antidote to rampant darkside growth into materialism, and reduces its grip on the soul's attention. A variant of this method is to gently press on each eyelid with an index finger, at the same time. Keep looking at the lights that you see in each eye. Remove your fingers to return to normal. A couple minutes is enough. You can also stare into the flame of a candle, the flame of an oil lamp or into a bonfire. It restores harmony in the eyes and head. Light does defeat darkness! While working on resetting the world, reset your consciousness so it is not overwhelmed by that of the dark side.
 
Unable to reset the world by themselves, many try to get God to do it for them. But though they send forth so many messages via prayers, ritual and worship, no responses are obtained. Wrong choice of methods! In  order to 'hear' God, you have to first stop the darkside operating system which blocks soul-God communication. The darkside is the obstacle that prevents the soul from becoming functional. You must stop all the mental noises, all the internal urges to action, the endless distractions, and  the incessant soul-conquering ploys the darkside engages in. That 'hacker' into soul's consciousness must be outed or quarantined. The bacterial 'bridges' or interfaces to soul's consciousness must be destroyed. Self-images must be destroyed by insisting that you are not described by anything more than I AM. This gives you the freedom from self-limiting descriptions. The programming in your consciousness has to be destroyed by updates of truth. Discard social and mainstream media influence, the influence of race or tribe, the influence of culture,......discard all influences that are not allied to truth. Wipe your hard drive and install a new operating system based on truth. In the quiet that ensues, God's messages can then be noticed, and understood. Messages can be sent to him by the soul using the same channel, with or without words. This is communication not religious prayer. Soul must use its consciousness to direct its seeking. The body only carries the consciousness from place to place. In the seeking it is, that you find. Research for solutions to your problems, and for answers to your questions. If you find none, keep searching while expanding and adjusting the parameters of the search, as you go along. There may be something where the (darkside) mind does not want you to go. It blocks you from even considering going there by dimming your attention, by inducing forgetfulness, or by deflecting your attention into something else. The dark side does not want you to discover the truth. The elites create clever phrases/language to discourage you from considering certain ideas. So we got the phrase 'Conspiracy Theory'. The darkside elites created a world full of problems that steal your life's time, minute by minute. If the good had scripted this world, life would have been different. A global reset is necessary to evade the decadence the world has become. You have to defeat the problem-creators in order to achieve a reset. God will help in his own way but you have to do what is necessary. You are God's hands and feet on earth, so talk to him. Flowery language and rosy sentiments are for the cunning. Be simple, direct, and to the point. No fluff.....he already knows! The language you use is for effective conveyance of the message, not for establishing that God is the holiest of holies, or that you are a pious or devout believer. Leave that kind of make-believe for the religious actors. God has no need for the prayers/worship, rituals and other practices of religion. He has created the blueprints which manifest the articles used in rituals. He already owns everything. There is nothing you can give him that is your own to offer, except yourself. This is what must be offered! If evil makes pacts with the devil, why can't souls offer to work for God in this life, in return for help, guidance and protection? You do not need to remember or recite to God, any quotes of fabricated knowledge from holy books, no matter how lofty the topic. God is very simple, though possessing vast or interminable knowledge. His guidance is relevant to the real matrix you live in. Religion, on the other hand, gave us nothing relevant (or true) about of the real drama that is taking place in our lives. They did not say anything about the darkside/bacteria combo within, and the war it is making on souls by hijacking their bodies. They gave you nothing which helps you fights the darkside within. Reset yourself, then help reset the world.

Yoga and the Bhagavad Gita give us some practices which help tame the dark side but these do not target the darkside frontally. Pranayam (breathing exercises) and Hatha Yoga are great tools for health but they do not focus on the elimination of the darkside/bacteria combo. Nutrition (and nutritional supplements ) can reduce the darkside/bacteria combo but religion pays it no real attention. Christ (in the Essene Gospel of Peace Bk 1) informs that the darkside or satan is within and gives some rudimentary methods for cutting it down. There are better methods existing today for getting that job done. The religions do not explain why there is a darkside/satan-inspired script/blueprint to which the darksiders are attuned, and which targets good people using force. The darkside is the ultimate cause of human suffering, but religion pays it no attention. The darkside gets its information from satan and conducts its behavior based on this, and on its intrinsic evil nature. Darksiders alone can read what is 'written' for the good, but they do not see any scripted blueprint for themselves, as if they are god's chosen, already-free and already-evolved people, working with the motto... 'Do as thou wilt'. It is as if satan tells his sparks that no script is necessary for them because they are already perfect, and they are, therefore, free to do as they please. satan's sparks thus become the default teachers and instructors of the rest of mankind. Darksiders take what they want, and are free to do what they want because they can use superior force. Everyone else have to live by the darkside's rules which they make up as they go. To get a reset, the darkside within and outside has to be defeated. The darksiders are giving satan full expression on earth, while ensuring that God gets no bodies to use as his tools. So.....earth has become hell!

There is time enough when you die to live without a body, and to learn how to navigate that new environment then. Attend to what ails you while you are alive. This is commonsense reasoning. Hinduism, however, teaches that earthly life is full of suffering and Maya (illusion), and you have to flee from the cycle of births and deaths, otherwise you keep coming back into this suffering. They want you to forget about solving suffering in the now, and instead focus on Moksha (liberation) after death. They deem that it is better to spend time on pursuing Moksha, even though though that fruit will not be forthcoming while alive. To believe religion you have to eliminate all logic and common-sense from your life. When the upper class, who do not suffer materially, tell you to opt for not returning to earth because of the suffering here, you have to wonder! Historically, life has shown that when you get rid of the causes of your suffering, life becomes a joyful thing, as the soul unfolds its qualities, and as creation responds with good fruits as intelligent causes are put in. Creation was built with wondrous knowledge. Cause and effect can be intelligently manipulated to produce blessings instead of suffering. History proves this. Human beings know, and accept, that death comes eventually. They have learnt to live with the life cycle. Pain and suffering on a daily basis can be conquered if the root causes are neutralised. We must understand the processes and mechanisms that are at work, and tweak things to obtain good results. This world is very real (not Maya) and we have to pay attention to the welfare of the planet. The elites are destroying it. We cannot just ignore it by naming it 'Maya'. We have to appreciate nature and the living beings on the planet. This is our world, not that of the elites or religious propagandists. The earthly landscape is not comprised of  objects for exploitation. It is a home that  sustains life. Moksha is the real illusion, fabricated by those who have no idea of what happens after death. Attending to the requirements of after-death Moksha is a waste of one's lifetime. What counts is the life we live and the results we strive for before death. The soul has no fear of what takes place after death because it lives out it's nature of goodness. It is not attachment but an appreciation of the challenge to live and explore this creation. Creation is a testimonial to the majesty of the creator. We don't know it at birth. We learn it as we grow. Then religion and others step in to programme us. We cannot look at life as some kind of punishment heaped on us because in past lives we did not escape by making no karma, or, we did not fashion lives of material plenty by making good karma. Religion is lying. The darkside sees the world as a set of objects, as resources to exploit, as preying fields or as acquisitions-to-be. The soul looks on the world as a mystery to be explored, studied and understood. The darkside is the obstacle that is preventing the soul from living it's way.

The soul comes with love built into the substance of its consciousness. Call it joy, bliss or harmony, this love infiltrates all that the soul is, and does. There is nothing to manufacture or fabricate. You deal with a soul person and it is there for you. Darksiders have their own version of love which you fall in, give, or make. It is really a passion/intoxication of darkside for darkside. Females use love energy to produce the feeling in men. Most often, that love-feeling is an attachment created by fear of loss of the other, or jealousy, or pleasure. The competition for women in the gender games creates the darkside awakening in males, with darkside 'love' emotion being evoked. You can feel the love in the chest or stomach area or rising as a feeling or emotion, but its a product of the darkside. Defeat your darkside and this emotion disappears, just like anger, hate or jealousy. There is not much real love in this darkside-led world. The darkside society dictates the pairing of the males and females. It is a 'sex first love after' plot. Most females accept it, and live it. Those who do not comply have force used against them. Mama's boys need their boy-toys and the females need willing males. The colors and tribes get to control people like pimps do! Those who want freedom and love first, with everything else coming after, get destroyed by the-powers-that-be. The real love is gentle and exudes from the soul. It is a quality of the soul. This love has nothing to do with making love, or making babies. It exists without a cause, and without the need for another person's presence in order to manifest. The soul does not need to focus on a target, for that love to exist. This is more like a universal love. It is amplified when a personal love with another soul of the opposite gender is found. This love is built into the fabric of the soul's consciousness, together with qualities/values  like morals, conscience, virtues, compassion, empathy and understanding. The real love stands in the way of mama's boys having their fun. So, it is destroyed wherever found. Soul people should avoid personal relationships with darkside others. Soul's nature is to survive, while living out it's nature, and as guided by God. Souls do not isolate themselves from the rest of mankind under the pretense of focusing on God, as the religious do. Souls live in society as builders, nurturers and healers. Souls fight the good fight. Souls are complete beings except for basic needs. The darkside attacks the soul's ability to provide it's basic needs in order to control or destroy it. The darkside controls society's resources for distribution to their own. This includes the women in the society. This is why darksiders are in the majority. Hell is here because souls cannot propagate their way of life.

Soul is God's spark. Hinduism with all its holy books and analyses of God and man confuses normal human beings. It is troublesome for seekers to remember all that religion says. Yet, believers can parrot scripture by chapter and verse as if memorising scripture to win arguments, also confers a halo! Religion created a one-being-in-a-body, who actually doesn't exist, and prescribed all kinds of practices and required knowledge for him. Religious theology of any kind is programming that blocks God out. It is what Christ calls 'dead scripture'. The net result is confused seekers trapped in a web of words and practices, but who cannot lift their noses above water to grab a breathful of the real sermon from the living God himself! Believers cannot critically analyse the teachings of religion because they are mental prisoners to cleverly crafted lyrics. For instance, Duryodhan, that evil Kaurava, was seen in heaven! Imagine the shock of serious seekers who do Karma Yoga, their spiritual sadhana, their devotion and rituals at being told that the vilest Kaurava went to heaven! It is impossible to mentally process this information. Where then is the merit in living a righteous life? But then, Hinduism excuses the evil of great demons, including Ravana, by saying that they were cursed to perform those roles. They say that the world is for the leelas or 'plays' of God. They make it appear that God's entertainment via his appearances on earth in his 'leelas' or shows is most important to him. They have created a virtual reality that is at odds with the reality that we face in this matrix. The lie about Duryodhan is just too much. And his body was seen! After death, it is invisible souls and invisible darksides which move on, not bodies. So much for that mythical story called 'The Mahabharat'. The dimension for souls is often referred to as 'heaven' because only that caliber of entity can function there. One has to ask too, how come Hinduism just leaves out the fact of the darkside vs soul war within, for the soul's body? Why didn't the Hindu avatars not mention ways of cutting down the darkside within? Did they not know of the fact that 90% of the body's cells were bacterial, including viruses? Did they not know that it was victorious darkside/bacterial combinations which create evil people, and not curses? Did they not know that the tribes and colors that inhabit earth are simply darkside clones? Did they not know that apart from the rulers, it was these darkside tribes and colors that were making the world such a difficult place to live in? Did they not know that the methods of the Brahmins (prayer, rituals and worship) do not work?  But.... Hindu holy books actually have the Gods supporting and taking part in these rituals!  

Soul/good people are not predatory assailants. They do not initiate evil actions and trespasses. They do not attract the attention of others to boost their egos or hunt them. They are builders, helpers, healers and nurturers, and will initiate actions in these areas. When under darkside attack, they will run, defend or counter-punch as the circumstances dictate. They will not hit first. They will take time, after being attacked, to understand the whys and wherefores, and to decide a course of action. Once decided, the course decided on will be methodically lived out. It will be designed to stop future similar transgressions. Today, good people have become as sheep. Part of the reason is that the darkside elite has cleverly deceived them into believing that to be compassionate  means to forgive and forget: no counter-punching, no retaliation and no revenge/justice. The complete evil-isation of the world was set in train by this programming. Law Enforcement was supposed to trammel evil by giving bad consequences for evil action but they insisted on enforcing criminal law. Civil law was left to rot. Evil-doing, not defined by criminal law, is not corrected. There developed 'grey' areas of law which darksiders take advantage of. Their victims cannot seek redress in courts of law because these transgressions are not designated as crimes, and personal action will bring trouble. Of course, wealth and influence can assure freedom from prosecution. Religion contributed by insisting that the 'law of karma'  is/was automatically enforced. So what happened was that good men did nothing, and evil  received a clear path to do more evil. Part of the problem, too, was that good people had second thoughts about the desirability of retaliation. People thought of the unnecessary trouble with law enforcement, and about what will happen to their families and children if they got into trouble. The problem on earth is that putting two opposite kinds of entities (darkside and soul) created a war zone in which only the darkside portion loves war. It could have been that God set up a working system with satan doling out the rewards for sin and good karma. satan, having the power to make or break man, rebelled. He is now in the drivers seat. But, he forgot the super power of God. 

Other explanatory scenarios can be posited for the presence of evil predators on earth, e.g. an alien darkside invasion. It could be that earth was visited by different kinds of aliens. The good aliens created all that was good about this planet, and evil aliens messed it up by injecting species that were predatory in nature. The darkside possessions, and the predatory among insects, animals, birds, fishes and reptiles are not consistent with the creating done by a good God. The darkside possession is the greatest single cause of suffering on earth. It comes from a dimension that breeds and houses darksiders. That dimension is a veritable hell, and is both the source and the eventual destination of darksiders. That must be faced. The soul is the agent of God on earth, with the ability to recreate the heaven it came from, here on earth. Heaven (for lack of a better word) is both the source and eventual destination of souls. There can be no deviation from that schema: souls cannot go to hell and darksiders cannot go to heaven. Bodies are just like carriages, conveying both forces from birth to death on this planet, and acting out the actions initiated by soul or darkside. The two invisible pilots of the body are engaged in a war in which the darkside is the assailant/aggressor. The soul needs to wake up and fight back against the darkside entity itself, not just the body it controls. What has happened so far on earth is directly due to the war being made on the soul/good people, not because of any law of karma. If that law operated, the evil people would have been suffering! The darksiders would have been decimated as soon as they transgressed. Heaven (soul) and hell (darkside) are now facing off on earth. Souls must wake up and face this. This life is not about chasing happiness, and it is not about the 'school-career-family-retirement' format that the elites have popularised. It is not just about earning, accumulating for the bloodline, spending, paying taxes, voting, and consuming. Reality has to be faced. Fighting the darkside for the freedom to live without interference matters most!

The soul is naturally detached from things that do not concern the expression of its nature and is attached to the things related to its basic needs. This is normal. In practice, both detachment and concern re material things and relationships are necessary. Hinduism feels that detachment across the board, as evidenced by renunciation, is ideal. But, the renunciant or Sannyasin with the physical trimmings of detachment is not the ideal human, except in the eyes of religion. It is necessary to take care of the human body, and to acquire such things as are necessary to adequately feed, clothe and shelter it. One has to also take care of dependents. Beggars/Sannyasins are not well-placed to maintain the health and safety of the body. There is no nutritional adequacy when you live on alms, or if you live in an institution which pays minimum attention to nutritious foods and supplements. Spending time as member of a cult, and doing 'cult' things is not the same as living in freedom and obeying the guidance given by God. You need the resources with which to acquire the supplements and foods with which to fight back against the dark side. You need the mental space, free from cult/religious influence, in order to do research or pursue truth. What you need in order to live as soul cannot be dismissed by denouncing them as 'attachments'. You cannot dismiss the need for material things as mere worldliness. In life, you do research to pursue knowledge or the truth about the world. Then, you keep what that truth says about what materials are essential for a healthy body and an awakened soul. You use what is good for you, and stay away from what is bad for you. It is about what is useful to you, and what is not. It is not about attachment and detachment. The soul is naturally detached from things, yet flows with the knowledge of what is good for it. The darkside is naturally attached to materials, and is always engaged in acquiring resources, or in using them to consume more. So, this religious message of attachment/detachment cannot help the darkside or the soul since they both live out their intrinsic natures, no matter what religion says.

So, Monks and Sannyasins are not well placed to fight back against the dark side. Without fighting back against the darkside, you remain a darksider. Social media is now attesting to this. Isolating themselves from humankind to better pursue God is just a barren ill-informed path. In human living, there are  concerns that one has to pay attention to regularly, concerns that come up for attention infrequently, and concerns that can be entirely ignored. You do not attach/detach from these concerns but pay attention to them as they arise. Living as a soul on earth is not about attachment and detachment. It is darksiders who have a problem of being attached to things to the point of addiction or obsession. It is the darkside's nature to cling to things. Living as soul is about looking after the health of the body, fighting back against the dark side to control the body, and to explore its own nature. Using materials to get these done is not a fault. Staying away from materials in the name of detachment is a very stupid thing to do. Giving up the material world to pursue God more fully is such a lie. How can a beggar improve his knowledge without research. How can he read and understand if his alms-given diet does not support body or brain health? How can he afford health supplements? Hinduism's religious concoctions may have served the ruling elite well by keeping the population busy with God (and not with revolution) and by making poverty a meritorious thing. But it didn't do the ruled any good. Why did the rulers not become Sannyasins themselves? When the ruling class recommends detachment but does not itself practise it, is prime grounds for suspicion. Saying that detachment is the method by which you free yourself from making karma, and so enabling you to become free of the cycle of reincarnation, is a spurious teaching when you do not practise it yourself. It is the darkside which has the desire nature that creates attachments. This doesn't apply to the soul. The soul operates functionally, using stuff for the purpose. This is how to engage in a life reset, not the darkside way by chasing wealth and materials, and not the religious way by outing materials in the name of detachment. For the soul, to want stuff is not to desire them, but to need them!
