'What Is' exists in the outer world. The existence of 'what is' cannot be wished away by saying that it is a subset of conspiracy theory. The old assumption that reality cannot be directly known, so one has to construct a 'theory' to try to get a handle on reality, is mere obfuscation. The elites do exist, same for the masses. The darkside nature is predominant among them. Cunning spawns plots. The plot to possess human bodies, and use these possessions to control them, is the big plot used by the elites. The darkside masses enable this plot in communities and neighborhoods. Without this plot, they (both Elites and darkside masses) would not have stayed on top for long. Inflicting possessions and nourishing them with materialism (ego-building, pleasure, consumption, preying opportunities, accumulation, competition, win/lose etc) and occult energy is what gave satan/lucifer/other demonic name, bodies with which to walk, and take over, the planet. The 'masses' are controlled by the Occult Elites and work for them in decimating the ranks of the 'good'. The masses have taken the 'increase and multiply' directive from religion and used it to transform the world into 'sodom and gomorrah'. Some of the plans in the Protocols is what darksiders ordinarily, even among the masses, do, not only the elites. All darksiders spy. All darksiders lie or engage in propaganda. Today, spying is commonplace using resources far beyond what was possible in the 18th century. The world of the 18th century was far different from the world today. Today, practically everyone has been absorbed into the 'system'. Today, the technology available to the Elites makes them more powerful than ever before eg HAARP. Today, the Elites do not hide their plots eg of wanting to reduce world population. Today, plotting and working for more control of others is commonplace. Both individuals and corporations do it. 'Soap Operas' on TV propagate the art of plotting. The colors or tribes that make up the masses, at the base of the pyramid, remain glued to the TV sets, learning how to plot and jostle for more power and control over others. 'Divide and rule' is easy when the masses are darkside!

In the world, the top 1% owns 40% of the wealth while the bottom 80% owns 15%. In the USA, the top 20% owns 88.9% of the wealth. This is not conspiracy view. It is fact. The Elites have created Organisations and Groups by which they plot themselves into greater dominance. The darkside majority among the masses have plotted their way into dominance in neighborhoods and communities. They focus on the local economic pies but give the biggest slices to the winning 'beasts' from the winning tribes. The darkside masses have marginalised or destroyed good people. So, while the Elites are up to no good, so are the masses. All darksiders walk for satan. Statistical data almost automatically prompts your allegiance to the side of the 'suffering' masses. Why should one ally with or fight for the masses when they persecute the good and innocent? Only the good, the confused and the innocent deserve the help. The masses are no different from the elites: they are 'broke' versions of the elites. The Elites rule via the Organisations and hierarchical structures they have created. While these elite groupings are widely available on the internet, there is nothing available on the internet re organisational structures of the masses. The masses are the lowest rung of the Elites' pyramid or hierarchy. What exists in communities and neighborhoods are all proliferated from above. Communities and neighborhoods are the key operational locations for elite-sponsored operatives. Banks, schools and churches are prime examples. One is tempted to include drug-pushers and TV sets! Stuff that originate from the base of the pyramid do not prosper, whether they are Cooperatives or Urban gardens!
